Furniture in very poor; carpet in hall very poor condition; exposed plumbing in hallway; stains on bedding. Will not return to this location based on current conditions (unfortunate, as location is fine, but property needs investments to bring back into reasonable option).

The room was fine for a place to stop and rest. A mini fridge in the room would be helpful for travelers. We will not stay here again though based on how much the facility wreaked of cigarettes. The front desk counter and all through the halls stunk so badly. The room wasn’t bad thankfully otherwise we couldn’t have stayed in it.

Convenient and friendly manager. Property reeked of cigarettes. Many customers seemed like low income residents and they all lighted their cigarettes in the hallway and walked out to finish smoking. Would not return ever and would not recommend staying in that property!
The hallway and room carpet were so clean I ate a cookie that I dropped onto the floor and didn’t regret it.

It is a OK hotel, not new but OK They were alright. I was disapointed that Ozbitz lowered the price on the rooms but I agreed to pay the higher price earlier

The kitchen area seen on their ad was beautiful. That was about the only thing. Breakfast was included, but was not good. The room we had was very small for 4 people. Two double beds and barely enough room to walk. There was no fridge. What company doesn't have a fridge in every room? There was one in the room across the hall, so we know they had some. We were in town for 3 days, so this was very difficult not having one. The staff were very nice and friendly. Would only recommend if you have low standards.
The carpet floors have probably never been cleaned since the 70’s when it was put in... there was a half eaten breakfast sandwich laying in the stairway for 2 of our 3 days.. probably still there now. Found some black bugs crawling around AND Someone’s dirty sock was in our room the night we checked in. Basically it’s a bed and a shower. If you are looking for anything else GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review and look at areas of concern to fix. The main concern was the cigarette smell in front office. There is a deck by front office where people smoke and it can blow into the registration area. We are looking for ways for the smokers to smoke and not affect the front office
