Forced to move room Due to faulty locks! Moved to room that was not the same as room we had!

Room had Roaches. No laundry room or exercise facility. Not quiet enough being so close to the freeway.
We we're not greeted at all, simply did check in and out with minimal cold communication, rooms don't deserve 1 star, locks don't work properly, unsafe broken tiles on bathroom floor, dust, hair through the room, unpleasant smell in room. Would not stay here ever again and would not recommend.
The room was dirty and the AC was broken. Bed and pillow was hard as a rock. Could not get any sleep here. Dirty old hairs and stuff all over the bathroom sink and toilet. Worst I ever stayed at. Will not be coming back.

Very noisy on the road side. Also while there someone set off the fire alarm 3 time during the night. Two nights in a row.
Price was right Key lock didn't work twice desk lady had to come and open the door for me and other customer had the same problem. Sofa in 319 needs to be trashed had stains on it and outside hall rug too. Loved the options for breakfast that was A rating
