I enjoyed my stay. It was very affordable and had a laundry mat on site so that I could do my laundry as well.

At first I was worried with some of the people that was walking around but was put at ease by the faculty and the cleanliness of the room. Motel is in a pretty good area. Lots of restaurants, stores etc. Within walking distance to several of each. I would def. stay again. They even had a laundry mat on site that I was able to wash and dry my clothes in.

the hotel stuff in the room just need to be upto date

it was in a bad area and i had to ask for thing that should have already been there. only 1 roll of toulet paper. and we didnt even have a trash can.

After waiting for an hour and half to be checked in i noticed alot of strange characters coming in and out of the hotel lobby. I suspect there was more then the hotel business being run there. I get into my room and withink a half hour i notice a cockroach, then dozens. They were on the walls, furniture, bed, luggage after driven 12 hours i was really tired and passed out next day the roach problem got worse i had to leave. Room service only comes to your room, if you stay longer then a week. I had to leave all my belongings in my car, which i was scared was going to be broken into. Horrible experience, only good thing was that in the surrounding areas you have plenty to pick from to eat and do.

everything was normal and fine, no issues, not glamorous but didn't need it to be. Seemed pretty busy .

Pros - people at the front desk were really nice and fast - the bed was very comfortable and clean - no bed bugs - awesome water pressure Cons - you might get killed staying a night here PAY THE EXTRA $5 TO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

bugs, bugs, bugs... everywhere, maybe even under your pillow!

The first room they sent me to, besides the odor of urine and smoke in the hallways, had wet paint on some of the furniture still. No bath towels, just hand towels. The TV had a stripe across the center of it. The phone did not work. I asked to be transferred to a different room, and the only thing that changed was that the paint was dry in this room, which was traded for an A/C unit that leaked all night, drenching my clothes that were in my suitcase on the floor. I spoke to the person at the front desk when I checked out and if she cared, she sure didn't show it!!! I am truly dis-satisfied and would've asked for a refund if I thought spending an extra fifteen minutes in the office area would've been worth it, but I chose to leave. My only comfort was knowing I only paid fifty something dollars for this disappointment.

It was ok ... Missing lamp shade and the bathroom was a bit dirty... But it was close to some real nice shopping centers

This was the worst hotel I have every stayed in. The staff was rude, the room was nasty, and the towels stinked. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel did not have reservation we made thru [...]- took over a half hour to get it straightened out. The hotel employee was helpful and patient. The room was very bare bones with a creaky bed, a pungent odor (from smokers),thin walls with no soundproofing, scratched furniture, torn curtain, one plastic glass for two people, no shampoo or bathroom amenities other than a bar of soap. There was an ironing board and iron which was helpful. The location is convenient to Raleigh, but there are much better choices nearby.

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Room was not clean. No kitchen supplies that were suppose to be present for an efficiency. Sidewalks and outside room smelled like urine. A/C barely worked. I found out from co-workers that this hotel is located in a bad drug area of town. No person at front desk until after 8:00 am in the morning. No answering machine, etc.

Convenient location.

Random people knocking on the door ALL night. Hookers calling through the night on the hotel room phone trying to get your business.

the 1st nite was fair except 'frige did not work & only 2 towels. 2nd nite (friday) was so bad,we could not sleep, teenagers running up and down stairs screaming, loud music from cars with boomboxes, and some fights. About 1:30 am we packed up and left (found a quiet motel down the road) could find no management. So we called the next morning to tell them we left and why.

THE HOTEL WAS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ALTHOUGH THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. IT WAS MISSING DRESSER DRAWERS LIGHT FIXTURES DIDNT WORK PROPERLY AND THE ROOM HAD A FOUL DISTINCT ODOR. NOW THE NICE PART WAS ONCE I BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE HOTEL MANAGER I WAS MOVED TO AN OUTSTANDING ROOM WITH ALL THE AMMENITIES. I'D RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE... AS LONG AS YOU DO A WALK THROUGH FIRST LOL

Everything was normal just the elevators smelled like it was a urinal and i was along for the ride.

A Prostitute was next door. I saw 3 guys outside waiting. Then she passed my room to her room. Shortly after I heard arguing and noise as if people were wrestling. I had my 2 sons with me 13 and 12, I looked out and saw one of the guy's leaving the room, stepping over the lady who was nude on the ground in the doorway. This was very uncomfortable. My reservation was not there. They had to call Orbitz.
