BRAND NEW home in downtown Raleigh that will allow you to take in the amazing city skyline from its super spacious 3rd floor deck. Less than 1 mile away from Raleigh Convention Center and 2 blocks from Transfer Co. Food Hall with great options for morning coffee and bagels, drinks, sweets and more! The perfect place to stay for large groups and families.

The space
FIRST FLOOR
Enter through either the front door or 2-car garage where you will find the mudroom - a great place to store all of your extra bags, shoes, and jackets. Both entries open up to an expansive kitchen equipped with an extra large island, 2 full-sized refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and a gas stove. Dining and living spaces right off the kitchen. Electric fireplace for cozy nights and ROKU television for movie nights and game days.

SECOND FLOOR
When you're ready to turn in for the night, walk up to the second floor where you will find our 4 cozy bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, huge walk-in closet, gorgeous en suite, and as an added bonus, a walk-out patio perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a night cap. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and an en suite. Bedrooms 3 and 4 will also have queen-sized beds and while they share the full bath in the hall, these bedrooms face the Raleigh skyline.

THIRD FLOOR
Walk up one more flight of stairs (promise it's worth it!) and you will find the Rec Room with sliding glass doors that open all the way up to the oversized outdoor turf patio that includes an indoor/outdoor wet bar, sitting area with ROKU television and a stunning view of the downtown Raleigh skyline. Sleeps a total of 4 guests (2 sleeper sofas) and has access to another full-sized bathroom.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
