Hilton North Raleigh/Midtown

Arrived for medical board exam. First room had an audible pipe leak in the wall with visible wall paper rot. Showed video to free bt desk staff and was reassigned. Stayed for two nights and room was never cleaned, even after I called and requested. Active fans in hallways by pool in attempt to eliminate smell. Did not honor hilton honors card because I booked through a "third party". Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. No room here for the rest

Great experience with hotel staff and large rooms. Executive level was the best.

Love this hotel awesome place to stay. Quiet feels like home. You want an excellent experience this is the place to stay.

Comfortable room and convenient location. Just wish the rooms came with a mini-fridge

Stay was very pleasant. Just wished the room came with a mini fridge without having to pay extra.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. The restaurant bar was very nice as well. Wish I had time to enjoy the indoor pool/spa.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and the experience was just as great. The staff is friendly, there is free wifi and parking and room service selection is amazing. It's a great location for the price. I will be staying at this hotel again when I am in the Raleigh area.

It was very nice. For the price I expected a microwave or mini fridge. So we had to rent a fridge 15 per night! I figured not bad because I was willing to upgrade my room. They didn't charge us for the fridge however! Great plus! I loved the indoor pool & jacuzzi area! The sky at was fab... I would def go again room service was great as well! Also the location was great! Near Walmart, 2 exits up from Crabtree valley mall (7 mins travel) so very convenient!

Kelsey was at the front desk when we checked in and she was very friendly. Our room was very clean, had no odors and was attractive. I made sure to check for bedbugs. All clear! The bathroom/vanity areas were clean and featured glassware. Later I needed an extra blanket and one was delivered promptly after a call to the front desk. Next morning the girls enjoyed a swim in the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. I spent some time huffing it on the treadmill in a fantastic fitness center that is currently being remodeled. Phillip told me all about the plans for the new one. I'll be sure to stay at Hilton again!!!

Pros: Very comfy bed, good bar in the hotel, nice gym, starbucks in lobby. The hotel is located about two blocks from a Trader Joe's, so I was happy to pick up a few meals there. Cons: my room had two locked doors that led to the adjacent rooms on either side of me. They were locked, but I still found that creepy. The shower curtain would blow on you and stick to you while you took a shower. I finally got frustrated and put the curtain outside the shower, which means I then flooded the bathroom. They should invest in new shower curtains so you can take an enjoyable shower. Finally, my room didn't have a minifridge so I couldn't bring back leftovers from restaurants.

Does not offer complimentary breakfast, but some decent choices in the area to substitute. Managerial staff is great and very nice.

No complimentary breakfast. Breakfast costs $15 w/ tax, so be prepared.

Originally was assigned a room that was already occupied. Bed was extremely comfortable and plush!

Great location and a frendly staff. Only issue I had was that they have a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee. This should have been stated upfront when I made the resevation. I have stayed at this hotel before and had not been charge this pet fee. The management listened and since I was a Honors Memeber since 1963 waved the fee.

I love visiting Hilton properties because they have the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced at an hotel. Room service food is great at decent prices and it's right next door to a great Caribbean restaurant. I'm sure to visit again while in the Raleigh area.

Nothing special. No problems or issues to report......

Clean/ Great location/ Quiet room. I would stay here again soon.

I especially enjoyed the Skybox lounge...the dishes were quite tasty and there was a good selection.

My third trip to Raleigh,NC and stayed at same hotel because Hilton North Raleigh/Midtown is an excellent place to stay. The staff were great starting from the front desk to the waitstaff at the "Loftons" and specially Mr. Glen of the shuttle crew. Excellent shuttle service to and from airport and close by attraction is a nice touch. The rooms are clean and ready when you come back after a long day. Great breakfast buffet.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was really more than reasonably could have been expected. Pool and Jacuzzi (two important reasons for picking this hotel) were welcome amenities after a full day of walking through museums and the home show. The room (#516) was clean, but: a. The bed is WAY TOO SOFT - we rolled downhill to the middle of the bed several times during the night, and no, this was not a good thing. Also the walls, at least those between the connected rooms (we had one on each side!) are paper thin - we could hear the television and snoring from our next door neighbors, and the entrance, walkways, and immediate parking area had not been treated for ice (and there was plenty when we checked out at 10:00am)!. Overall a 3-1/2 to four.
