Everything was just as I expected. With the covert protocol in place there was no Room service which is fine but we

They put a hold on my card twice for the same amount. Lucky I had the money!

The staffs were very welcoming. Breakfast was limited since there were many quests staying, and the food seemed to run out quick.

1) Elevator was out of service 2) Room next to the fire exit/staircase and was very noisy especially from 6-8 am 3) Shower was tiny and old. 4) Breakfast was good as usual at Hampton Inns

Hotel was as I expected in terms of location / bedrooms and basics. However, I think for in excess of a hundred dollars they could put more effort into making the breakfast worthwhile ( what is 2% milk?) after all this is your last chance to impress...and I didn't! Lots of towels in the room though which is always nice. Come on Hilton pull your socks up.

Everyone we encountered here was very friendly and very helpful. Coffee was always available, breakfast was plentiful. Lobby has a very nice appearance. Hotel smelled nice (clean but not overwhelming with chemicals smell). Very comfortable beds! Overall we had a very pleasant stay!

Nice room with microwave, fridge, couch and desk. Was a great place to stay and relax from the activities earlier in the day. Staff was very friendly, Fruit and cookies available when we came in late in the evenings. Worth the stop if you are in the area.

I was in town for a family reunion and was attracted to the price of the room. Reserved a King room and was pleased with the result. I forgot my network cable for my laptop, and there was already one in the room. Service was friendly, treadmill was in great condition, and the continental breakfast was much better than I anticipated. Overall a good experience.

the continental breakfast was fantastic, as well as the woman that was attending it. The staff in the morning was outstanding. They offer a lot of things just incase you forgot.

I was in town for a wedding and unsure of the location since my garmin was not locating the church. Jerry at the front desk was extremely helpful. He helped me locate the church and gave me specific directions! WOW what service! The rooms were very clean and the property well maintained. I was traveling alone and was delighted to find the the hotel had interior room entry.

My fiance and I stayed here on a trip to Raleigh's Walnut Creek Amphitheatre (Time Warner Pavilion). It is a great location right off I-40. It is only about 8 or 9 miles away from the exit for the concert. Very easy in and easy out. We arrived early, around 12:30 pm. The man working the front desk said they did and our room was already ready! So, we took a few things to our room and hung out for an hour or so before we left for our concert. The hotel, as well as the room itself was clean. It had a king-size bed and a sofa, along with a desk (which we didn't use), a refrigerator, large enough for leftovers and plenty of drinks (which we did use and were grateful for), an iron (also used it). Everything was fine about this room, no problems. Great shower and water pressure. Plenty of towels and soaps. After our concert, the night manager let us quietly use the swimming pool (it was after hours) for fifteen mins. or so. It was very nice and we appreciated how nice she was for letting us bend the rules (especially after tailgating in 102 degree parking lot all day). After a restful sleep on one of their famously soft and wonderful beds, we treated ourselves to a great free breakfast of bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. They had other items such as cereal, fruit, eggs, pancakes as well. The coffee was really, really good. Checkout was uneventful. Overall, it was comfortable, uneventful, slightly on the pricey side, and quite pleasant. We will definitely stay there again. Oh yes, they also had a nice poem printed on a card beside our bed telling us that they were sorry we weren't sleeping in our own bed tonight, but gave us a hug (hershey's kiss with white and regular chocolate). Nice touch. Hampton Inn - always a good choice.
