The front desk receptionist was rude. Upon getting in my room it was not clean to my standards. There was hair and dirt on the floor like they for to dust up after sweeping. There was no bath stopper to take a bath. The shower curtain was dirty. I asked for a new one and they didn't have extra ones. The bed was very hard. There was no silverware or plates or bowls. I wouldn't stay there again but I guess I got what I paid for. Cheap.

The suppose to be managers that they have now, are not friendly, the staffing at this facility is already short as far as housekeeping. Me being a manager, it has always been about teamwork and there is none at this facility. This place is being ran down due to the ppl in charge. It’s making a bad name for the extended stays everywhere. I promise you I’m not the only one complaining. When you check in there auppoae to be a comfort. It’s not a comfort when your room is dirty and managers brush it off. It’s not a comfort when you check in and you have to be a housekeeper because no other rooms areent clean, due to again NO TEAMWORK. I know because I’ve been at this facility plenty of times due to great management in the past. It sucks now.

If you have rooms available and your a returning guest week to week, why make that customer or any customer wait till 3pm? That’s senseless. Really considering other options. Also the rooms electrical terminals don’t work appropriately. Hell, I know it’s not the Hilton, but you should strive to be like the Hilton. Keep your customers satisfied at all cost. Your doing a great job of losing guest each and every week.

The room was nice and the kitchen was very useful, the mattress was not good, it was very thin, lumpy and creaky. I liked the rest of the room, and hopefully my room was an isolated case, but we were barely able to get any sleep on that bed.

Nice looking, clean room. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Room numbers are so small that you can't tell which room is yours (from parking lot). You have to get out of car before parking to figure out location of room, and subsequently where to park.

Great location, convenient to shopping, restaurants. The staff is great to work with and understanding. Beth is a great person and is willing to go out her way to please the guest. Overall a great hotel to stay.

I had one night at this hotel! Thanks it was only one ! This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. Old, dirty rooms. Stinks so bad ! The bathroom was dirty too, old and dirty sinks.

This is a good place to stay if you are on a low budget or value conscious. It was clean, neat and quiet. The first room they gave me smelled like cigarette smoke although it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The furniture was worn and not inviting. Kudos, to the young lady at the front desk who promptly remedied the situation by moving me to a much better room. There is free wifi and a complimentary light breakfast included. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for short business or leisure trips.

for the value don't expect much. the heat works well.

The room was dirty and not kept up. The bottom of the kitchen stool was hanging off and there was damage evident everywhere, The staff is very nice; but the hotel is old, dirty and tired.

Staff was on point. Front desk was great loved the call to see if I was ok with everything.

The heating / ac unit was loud but beause it was cold and I checked in late i decided to not complain because I was tired. My discomfort I guess was self inflicting because i could never go to sleep because of the noise from the unit. I prefer the Homestead Northeast Raleigh rather than this location. The price is caomparabble, location is similar but the amenities, room size and staff is without a doubt better.

Patient at Duke Raleigh Hospital It was priced appropriately, more admenities would have made it more comfortable.

The hotel was a cheap clean place to sleep. The ceiling had previous water damage and looked rather bad. One of the lamps between the beds did not work and there was a missing outlet cover near the bed. There was no shampoo and no clothes hangers so you need to make sure and take your own. If your on the bottom floor expect noise from the top floor.

My stay was quite nice. Quiet, clean room which made the experience very refreshing.

There was electrical tape on the floor. Stains under the sink. No fresh toilet paper rolls(we ran out of toilet paper). Mind you we weren't even there 24 hours. We arrived after 11pm(7/15)and left at 9:30am(7/16). There were pre-filled old ice trays in the freezer, no drinking glasses. No dish detergent to wash any dishes. It was unpleasant and we chose to stay at another hotel on 7/16. I would not recommend this place to any families. Maybe to young 20 year olds who don't care about cleanliness.

It was terrible. Very dumpy and depressing. You got NO daily cleaning. Had to beg and trade for clean towels. Had to beg for soap. Very very small room. If you can afford any better stay somewhere else. The staff was unfriendly and awful in the front. The room had an unclean odor.

THE LADY AT THE FRONT COUNTER WAS EXTREMELY NICE. OUR ROOM WAS GREAT!!! THIS IS OUR FIRST TIME STAYING AT THIS TYPE OF HOTEL. USUALLY WE NEED TO BRING OUR OWN ITEMS LIKE A COOLER OR EVEN THE SMALL MICROWAVE WE PURCHASED FOR TRAVELING. HOWEVER, THIS HOTEL HAD EVERYTHING. AND THE PRICE WAS OUTSTANDING. WE JUST DECIDED TO GET AWAY JUST FOR THE DAY. I WAS IN HEAVEN!! SLEPT LIKE A BABY..

not clean and always disturbed.

decent stay for the money
