Friendly staff,polite and accommodating anything I needed was taken care of almost immediately. None of the staff here is rude or unpleasant everyone is very professional. The residents here has also been very polite in small talk in the laundry room and around the complex. There isn’t anyone lingering around outside or anything so you can feel comfortable if you need to go for a walk or anything. The location is in a good area and the rooms are clean! Overall I enjoyed my stay here. Would recommend to anyone traveling or just in transition from one home to another! Great property!

It was very difficult to find my room. They have two large buildings and there are not clear readable signs for room numbers, unless you walk to each door. Staff did not inform that even numbers are on the front and odd numbers are on the back.

This is not my first time staying at the Extended Stay. I usually have a pretty good experience and have always enjoy the full kitchen aminities. However, it was different with this one. At check-in I was greeted by Terry who seems irritated. I asked where will breakfast be held and he said right here behind me. Which comes to me as a surprise since the lobby space is pretty tiny. The following morning I realize what he meant. Breakfast is ONLY coffee and some oatmeal packages. When I got to the room one of the lamp light switch were broken so I couldn't turn it on and the bathroom have this pungent smell. Kitchen has no pot, pan, cup, or any utensils. Also, on my way to the room I see non-smoking signs all over but right below it there were tons of cigarette buds and you can smell the cigarette. For a short stay I can put up wiith it but if you're planning to stay for anything longer than two days I would book elsewhere. I would rate it a two stars just because I like that it is close to a lot of restaurants, bars, & shopping areas.

This place was nasty. 330 in the morning I’m awakened by waste management picking up the dumpsters beside my room. Bathroom door looked like it was used in a wrestling match.

I like the place! How looks like! The room was exactly what I needed!

The "free breakfast" is nothing to write home about, but the room was clean, quite, and comfortable. I appreciated having a full kitchenette in the room.

Every hotel I stayed there are shampoo and conditioner, body wash. Body cream but when I arrived Extended stay America there were only 2 little bar soap. The water faucet was wiggles every time you use. You will feel like you are staying Low class cheap hotel. Continental breakfast was not quite right, baby muffin and garanora bar with coffee That coffee was used twice. So taste was like water. Do not expect anything else to stay just to sleep.

No one at front desk for at least 5 min. The room worked bc I just needed a place to stay and shower. Not the cleanest.

I arrived a little before official check in, and the front desk attendant, Élan (hope I spelled that right) was wonderful. The first room he got me hadn't had a chance to be cleaned, so he found me another room right away. I appreciate him & the rest of the staff for working on Super Bowl Sunday to make sure I had a good experience.

It was good overall. The front desk guy was awesome! There were dirty towels left in the cabinet under the table and bed spread was dirty. I just removed it . I would stay again tho.

We have asked our housekeeping staff to make sure this room receives a deep clean to remove the smell and also to thoroughly inspect the suite before accommodating to our guests.
