I havnt el ell rested like i did ith my stay with days inn f crabtree in yas , t room was spotless, ad chilled to comfiort
It was a good and affordable stay. Front desk service was very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Food was very close by also.
I was pleasantly surprised with the rooms and service at the Days Inn. I came down last minute for my cousins university graduation. The room I stayed was renovated. The front desk mentioned they have new ownership and are renovating the rooms which is a good sign. The bed and sheets were clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I didn't have breakfast but there are so many places around to grab breakfast. Just in general there is a Chipotle, Jersey Mikes, McDonalds, CVS, Walmart, Taco Bell, Starbucks, and bunch of other places that are nearby. The mall is super close. I stayed here because it's close to my cousin's university where he graduated from. So it's close to the universities as well.
I was given room 104. The room was fine, the bathroom was massive. The room rate was good. The front desk was friendly. The room above me was occupied by a family with children who kept me awake all night! I notified the front desk and was told that they would take care of it. The noise never stopped. Sounded like kids jumping off the beds into the wall.
This place really need a look over could not used business center by no means the doors to the rooms is in needed help internet does not work to anyone liking a lot of help is needed check it out
Stopped in for two days. The service was very friendly and I felt at home. Wifi in room. The location is excellent. It seems like they just renovated the rooms so I enjoyed the stay. The staff was attentive. I didn't have high expectations going in but when I got into the rooms I was pleasantly surprised. They have self serve laundry which was great.
We needed a hotel that was pet friendly to break up a 9 hour drive. Unfortunately we chose this one. The room was supposedly non-smoking, but that was clearly not the case. All of our things stunk for days after being in the room. The carpet was filthy, the walls were covered in weird brown stains and pen marks, and there was a layer of dust on the lamps. The chair had a ton of brown stains. The coverlet on my bed had a white, crusty stain. The blanket underneath had a cigarette burn hole. One of the pillowcases had smeared makeup. There was mold around the tub and on the bathroom ceiling. There were people drinking and smoking in the parking lot below us until 4am and another pair of people fighting at 3am. We couldn't even walk in (when checking in late). Instead, I had to stand outside and talk through what appeared to be bulletproof glass to get the room key! Never stay here!
I am from Raleigh,NC but moved to St Louis, so I am very familiar with the location and area. Check in was smooth and the room was clean so we thought. I was in a double room with my 10 year old son and my friend. Friday night was good but then Saturday night before we went to bed for the night, we discovered a small snake roaming around the room. We are terrified of snakes and luckily my son was sleep and didn't see it. I called to the front desk to let them know it was a snake in my room and asked if we can be moved. The person told me he didn't have any of the same rooms available for that same price. I told him I didn't care if it was just one bed, I needed to get my son and us out of that room. He was persistent about not moving us to another room. He didn't even apologize or even have the decency to even come to the room to see about it. We were able to get out the room that night without anything happening. I went back the next morning to speak to the manager and even though he was nice, he only gave me back half of the one night we had to issue. I spent almost $200 and only received $40 back. Then wanted to tell me that he could comp the room for another night, like what? No! That was totally unacceptable considering there was a snake in our room and the absolute non customer service I received. Needless to say, I will no longer be coming to this Days Inn again
Police was called to hotel and those outside the hotel were of questionable character. Was not clean and would not have family stay there again. Had 2 rooms.
