The location was great but the service of the night personnel was terrible refuse to give extra bedding supplies. Their was not enough cups for the breakfast setup and no one was available to restock.

We booked this hotel because it was only $50 a night. It's true- you get what you pay for. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude when we checked in. Later, we asked her where the fitness center was. She laughed at us and said she didn't know. When I asked her again to please help us and ask someone where it was, she finally gave us a key to the fitness room. The key didn't work. We came back to her to tell her, and she said she is not able to make a new key (even though it was just a scanned room key) and couldn't help us. Later, we asked if there was somewhere we could sit to do work, and again she just laughed at us and said she couldn't help. The wifi doesn't work and neither does the tv. But the price is cheap!

I checked into the Days Inn at Glenwood Avenue Raleigh, NC about a week ago. The staff and room condition was favorable. The first day while taking a shower I slipped in the tub and failed out of the tub hitting my back and head on the toilet seat. There is no mats or non - skid rubber in the tub. I laid on the floor to compose myself and to make sure I felt like getting up. When I did I was very stiff and took some IBuprofin for the back pain. I am in my 60's so it did hurt awhile. I then reported it to the office and asked if I needed to fill out an accident report. The office staff just said I will tell the Manager. The Manager never contacted me about the incident. The complaint that I really have is when I had booked consecutive weeks at the hotel waiting to move into my apartment. I was told by the staff that the hotel was not an Extended Stay Facility and that we had to leave and come back in to 2 to 3 days. This was very inconvenient and poor Customer Service on the Management. I did report the latter to the Corporate Office. We offer to pay just one more day with no satisfaction from this office. I have stayed in several other hotels not just Days Inn and this one has low ratings for me. I will never stay in another location if Management is this poor !

This place is very dirty. The room had not been mopped Stains on the floor next to the bed. A ball of hair in the bath tub. Location is the only thing going for this hotel. Plenty of restaurants and close to my appointment. Nothing else.

This was a nice little motel in a very good location. The rooms were clean and comfy. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The only problem I had was since it was right on the main road, you could hear the traffic really well when you were trying to sleep. The AC helped some to cover up the road noise. Other than that, I had a great stay at this hotel.

Stayed here in the past, but I really like what they've done to the place. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Building is older but the room I had was partially renovated. They did the floors and bathroom and I feel like it was a good room for the price. Pizza place located right outside my door, so I was happy.

I havnt el ell rested like i did ith my stay with days inn f crabtree in yas , t room was spotless, ad chilled to comfiort

It was a good and affordable stay. Front desk service was very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Food was very close by also.

I was pleasantly surprised with the rooms and service at the Days Inn. I came down last minute for my cousins university graduation. The room I stayed was renovated. The front desk mentioned they have new ownership and are renovating the rooms which is a good sign. The bed and sheets were clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I didn't have breakfast but there are so many places around to grab breakfast. Just in general there is a Chipotle, Jersey Mikes, McDonalds, CVS, Walmart, Taco Bell, Starbucks, and bunch of other places that are nearby. The mall is super close. I stayed here because it's close to my cousin's university where he graduated from. So it's close to the universities as well.

I was given room 104. The room was fine, the bathroom was massive. The room rate was good. The front desk was friendly. The room above me was occupied by a family with children who kept me awake all night! I notified the front desk and was told that they would take care of it. The noise never stopped. Sounded like kids jumping off the beds into the wall.
