The room was good size, appeared to be clean to standards, good lighting in the bath which is hard to find these days, but, the tv only picked up one station, could not even change the stations with remote or on the Tv. The phone was dead so I could not call the front desk. There was a couple in the room below mine that was outside drinking and being loud past 11:00 and they were climbing in and out of their window to have access to their room. The gang in the parking lot was somewhat loud and rude, so I tried to stay clear of any confrontations with them. I am a business traveler and would not recommend this hotel at it's present.

Hotel is located on the highway exit ramp. Its difficult to access. The bathroom sink was leaking sewer gas when the drain was open. had to keep it closed and water in the sink at all times to prevent the odor from escaping.

I was in town for the IBMA convention downtown. This was an easy 12 minute drive to downtown. Good hot breakfast each day, and much lower price than the downtown hotels. One tip- when leaving this hotel to go downtown, if you exit right from the driveway you have a very short distance in traffic to get over three lanes. Go through the Dunkin Doughnuts parking lot to the street to the north, which gives you a traffic light to make the right turn.

Stayed only one night 12/27/16 and even having a non smoking room, we felt a smoky smell in it. But the worst thing was that somebody activated the smoke alarms in my building at 3:30am, everybody (including us) ran out of their rooms, even two fire trucks came...and it was a false alarm.

Stayed 4 nights for a long weekend in a two queen deluxe room. The room was supposed to sleep 5 people with the pull-out couch, but the pull-out couch was so terribly unconformable that it was unable to be slept on. The two queen beds were pretty comfortable, though the linens were very thin and cheap. Overall the room was spacious and allowed for myself and 3 friends to enjoy a weekend in Raleigh, but I don't know that it would be my first choice for a return trip.

Very spacious rooms, clean and attractive. Very comfortable stay. Walls are thin, though.

Stayed for three nights. Clean and comfortable. Great location near to family. Grandson visited and time in the pool was lots of fun. Breakfast offers many choices and there is variety offered on different mornings.

If you are looking for a nice hotel that is inexpensive this is a great option. It is directly next to I-40 so if you plan on doing a lot of driving this location is ideal considering you can get to anywhere in the city fast. I would definitely stay here again

Towels were sparse and were not available until after 1030am

This hotel is okay if you just need some where affordable/cheap to stay for one night. I prefer to stay at Embassy Suites when I'm in Raleigh, but I got this room for $60 & called it a night. The bathrooms need a serious upgrade.

Great service. Front desk clerk was very nice. Hotel is well kept and very secured. I would highly recommend a stay there versus any other hotel on the block.

This hotel was clean and spacious. It was a good value for the money. Location was okay, no light, made it hard to get out onto Capital Blvd...over all good though!

Hotel was worth the price!!! Very roomy and clean.

It was nice and clean in a nice quiet location. I will stay again

Great deal. Good price. Nice rooms. Perfect for what I needed

hotel is decent for the money but the location is adjacent to the interstate and a major artery so it gets noisy.

I am a frequent business traveler and every once in a while, I like to save $$$ and stay at hotels outside of my core favorites (Marriott, Starwood, Hilton). This stay was a huge mistake. The hotel was not in a safe location, is not clean, rooms smelled and I checked out early and used points to stay at a 4 Points Sheraton near the airport that is 100 million times better than this hotel. I still can't believe this hotel is affiliated with Best Western.

Front staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was minimal, but sufficient. Room was nice and clean.

The maids were nice , however the towels and cloths had stains on them, which had my skin crawling, had to go buy my own towels and cloths. Also there was mold on the ceiling shower, which I actually bought discenfectant to clean myself.

We were upgraded at no cost to a great room. Staff great and helpful as this was the first time in Raleigh. Room clean. Only problem was the highway in front of the hotel - difficult to get in / out of parking lot.
