bad hotel it was the first and will be the last time to go there I can't to choose any more

Good value for money friendly staff little out dated good location in apex. they were redoing rooms at time of stay didn't affect my trip. stayed two nights. free wifi always a plus. Not much of continental breakfast. plenty of parking easy on and off main roads. Enjoyed my stay.

Stayed her for 3 nights without a problem, checked out because I was supposed to be going else where for work, plans got changed and that's where is problems started. Booked another night thru this website, when I went to check in I was greeted by the owner who asked me why I had booked thru a third party and not directly thru him. I explained to him that he was charging $75 a night versus the $39 this website was charging me, I guess he didn't like this because he said at this point he hadn't gotten my reservation, so I told him that I'd check back in a bit. Upon checking back I was told that he had just received my reservation but he no longer had any rooms available. So i call customer service and while I'm on hold I watch as he checks 3 other people in. Needless to say I'll never stay here again

We arrived early Tuesday morning, at 530 am. We had booked our stay on line, due to the fact that the ad said the hotel allowed pets. I even went so far to email the placed we booked, because there was not a place to indicate we were bringing our dogs. When we arrived the hotel desk clerk told us it would be an additional $200 for the stay for the dogs. After my husband and the clerk went back and forth...the clerk waived the fee. We went up to the room after this..The bathroom floor had muddy boot prints on it. Apparently, they do not have a mop. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep, About 3 hours later, the manager came banging at the door, wanting to know if we had pets in the room. My husband got up and went to the door. She said unapproved pets were going to be $200. Once again her told about the email to the online company and the fact that the hotel clerk waived the fee. The last time we were in Apex, this hotel was a different company . It was clean and friendly. Not now...the lamp cord was taped together, the parking lot was full of trash...no contential breakfast..no HBO. Half of the rooms appeared to be storage..not guest rooms. Perhaps a little care and customer service would make this hotel a little better.

For the price compared to other local motels it was great as we were looking for only an place to sleep nothing more.
