The hotel is very clean, excellent service and friendly people

Overall we had a great stay. The room was clean and in a quiet area. I was rather surprised that we had to pay for both parking and internet. This hotel is in a suburban area with a parking lot so there should be no need to charge for parking unless there was valet service (which was not offered). The cost for internet was $13. Typically internet is included in room rates in 2023 not a separate charge. It felt like these charges should have been included in the room rate or at least we should been notified at booking. Again, overall it was a great stay except for these charges.

Floor was noisy after midnight due to guests slamming doors and hanging out in halls after midnight. Room was very nice, just bad neighbors.

This is a fairly well kept property and I would definitely stay here again if I had an event here. The staff definitely has a non customer service oriented service approach either through learned behaviors from colleagues or just a general burnout from the business volume. I stayed on a Wednesday during an off week in the summer and the apathy from the front desk attendant to the banquet staff and even middle level management was noticeable.

The bar served Starbucks coffee, but there was also complimentary lemon-infused water and hot cider available. The gym was incredible! It has good design, clean and functional machines--not much more I could ask for. The only downside was the shower. The hot/cold handle separated from the wall, and another co-worker said she couldn't get hot water at all. The room I had was an adjoiner (though I didn't take advantage of this), and I could clearly hear my neighbor's conversations through the door.

I felt that there was not enough desk help. The poor woman behind the desk was the only person there fielding many questions and checking people in. Also, the computer system was down so I had to hand write my credit card information down which was not convenient.

Beautiful hotel and a 4 min drive to the train.

I didn't like that the shuttle wasn't available til 4pm in 93 degree humid weather (sat. And sunday in Boston) it would've been great to take to the shuttle to the train station instead of walking 15-20 minutes. No wonder they have check in at 4pm. Sucks if you have an early morning flight because there's no shuttle to the station at least.

Overall it was an excellent stay. The only thing that did not work for me was that I found a rip in the bed sheet where I slept.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Due to covid not much amenities available.
