Strong grilll smell. Stains bed sheet. Receipt unprintable

Loved the room and the staff was amazing, I have here on a number of occasions

Room and bathroom are small but the hotel is good. The heater is not so good and the room was so cold. Good breakfast.

Our stay was enjoyable and the view was excellent. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset our first night. The shuttle service was very helpful. We would use this hotel again.

Small rooms, kind of old and rundown for the price. At least the beds are decent and new tvs. Only problem is one of their not so professional staff thought it was a good idea to repair something in the room next door with a hammer and drill, and talk on the phone very loudly about his girlfriend problems, cussing at 10:30 at night. He was completely oblivious to what he was doing. Along with that you can really had people outside your door even just walk by. Pub food was ok. Free breakfast was your typical gross hotel food.

booking trouble - couldn't complete on line had to talk to someone over the phone - he was hard to understand - got a room too tiny for two people - disappointed - staff found a bigger room for us - We picked this hotel for the pool - no pool any more. They have a pier with a pavilion on it - parties all weekend long - a lot of drinkers and loud music.

First of all, the staff are very nice. However, for a hotel that is only 5 miles from Logan it will take you 30 minutes to get to and from. The room is very basic. They have soap / shampoo / conditioner dispensers in the shower - they were empty. They did provide little bottle samples next to the sink ... but didn't know that before shower started. The walls are paper thin.

We stayed here for a weekend of relaxation away from the stress of life. The breakfast buffet was great! The room we had was a queen suite with a jacuzzi. 3 of the jets in the jacuzzi didn't not work. The bathroom was spacious with a big mirror and spacious standing shower. The water pressure unfortunately was not strong. The room was spacious with a living area with an additional tv which did not work. The bedroom area had a working tv that can be turned towards the bed or the jacuzzi which was great. The only thing that ruined the weekend for us was that we found several tiny dead bugs on the comforter and rug and one live one. Then when we woke up the next day after we removed the comforter, we found a stain on the sheet at the bottom corner of the bed as if someone had spilled something a while back. With the exception of the unexpected stain and dead bugs (which really disappointed us) loved the room and the hotel. For these reasons, we probably will not return.

Overall good hotel for price. Nice continental breakfast. Staff was friendly.

We stayed in BEST WESTERN Adams Inn in the time when all city moving to colleges. Our daughter also was moving new place in Boston, so after very hard days when we were coming back to the hotel and had shower and clean linens on the bed then in the morning fresh coffee a with hot breakfast , smiling staff greeting you - it was really pleasure to be there.

My 9 year old son said to me Mom, I learned not to judge the outside without seeing the inside first. The outside of the inn is not what you'd expect the inside to be. It was much nicer than it looked. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but it was alright. We were out most of the day so just needed a place to stay for the night and finding included parking, breakfast and wifi at a reasonable price is difficult so I was satisfied. It was good for what we needed. I don't think it's worth the price we paid, but who am I to say. The location is conveniently looked out of the city, but easy to everywhere we needed to go.

I picked this hotel since it cost less than staying in downtown Boston. It was in walking distance to the train terminal. The location was very nice being on the bay and could relax after a busy day. I was disappointed with the room in the fact that it was really 1/2 a room because we got the one next to the stairwell and it took the space out of our room. Bathroom was so small, they had to notch out the door so it could close. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Our stay was nice and I was especially surprised to see there was a tablet for our use.

I stayed here with my sister and her two kids. We chose it because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle for my early morning flight. When we arrived we were told they had to change our room. We got a free upgrade to the bridal suite! We had a living room, bedroom, dining room table. It was awesome! We enjoyed the pool and the on-site restaurant. The staff was welcoming, professional and helpful. Besides being spacious our room was very clean. It was a great way to end our visit. I would stay here again. Especially convenient to the airport and the price was very reasonable.

After a long day of travel, I felt right at home. The service was quick and friendly and my stay comfortable. Thank you

We were doing a trade show at the Seaport Convention center and needed a reasonable place to stay. It is only about 10 minutes away by car and priced well. Their policy about keeping things quiet was a wonderful idea. Other hotels should do the same.

I visit Boston a couple of times each year - and stay several days each time. This location is close enough to downtown to drive back in each day - and provides a good quality room that is quite the value compared to 'downtown' locations (near Northeastern University or the BCEC are 3x as much or more per night). The accommodations are simple - the desk staff was okay - while the in house restaurant provided good food and great service. While this review is tied to an April 2014 stay, I have also stayed at this hotel on two other occasions later in the year.

Everything was great except for the front desk staff. I have never experienced such rude people. I travel a lot and this is the first review I write because of how bad the staff was. Not helpful at all and you feel like you are bothering them when you ask a question. For that reason, I would not return there.

After 19 hours of traveling, it was wonderful to be greated by such a friendly staff member. First, he noticed that I had accidently booked a room with only one bed even though two of us were traveling, so he immediately checked availablilty and moved us to a more suitable room. Then he inquired about our stay and set up both a wake up call and the hotel's airport shuttle to take care of us in the morning.

We checked in to our room and heard a dripping noise. My husband went to the front desk to tell them and whiile he was gone water came gushing over the bathroom mirror! The bathtub above us had a crack and they said they knew about it! They moved us to another room without a water view. We missed our event that evening. I contacted the hotel to receive a refund for that first night and I did not hear back.
