Front staff extremely nice. Housekeeping also very nice. I asked a housekeeper in the hallway for some extra soap and towels and she couldny have been nicer. Hotel is very clean. Yes its older but that adds to the charm.

Nice location. Accessible. Had to change rooms because of non-functioning refrigerator, but change was seemlessly made. Very nice staff.

The staff here made us feel welcome, and i only had 2 issues which were fixed quickly. The deck at the restaurant is not dog friendly, but there is a little trail right by the water that is great for walking your pup. Lots of events here, and the bar was fun!

The cleanning staff kept knocking at my door constantly. They kept asking if I was staying the whole day, and kept bothering me. The rign also rang at 11:00 AM, and it was the front desk asking me if I wanted a late check up. So in essesnce, this place is full of rude and unprofessional people.

Very nice setting. Staff nice, responsive. Indoors is quiet, but outdoors is under an airplane route to Logan.

The staff were great. The women who checked us in and the women who checked us out were very welcoming. The women who checked us out had to kick out a homeless person wandering around the building. You could tell she kept an eye on everyone. Also the waitress who served us dinner on Friday 6/17 was wonderful. Great team!

My room was very, very clean. Fresh paint in bathroom, clean (even under the chairs, I check). But if you are looking for a fun family place to stay with lots of amenities, this isn't it. If you are looking for a low cost, clean room near the Red Line or as a play to stay relatively close to the city, this is it.

Staff was exceptionally friendly, breakfast was excellent. The facility is old and shows it's age but was clean.

The room was dirty to the point where we ended up leaving an hour after checking in to go to another hotel. The front desk staff was very kind however and appeared to be understanding. However when I called orbitz for a refund, the hotel wouldn’t answer their call. We were on hold for a half hour before giving up to try another day.

There was mouse droppings in the bed.

Nice pub with outdoor patio. Beautiful view from the room.
