First impression - Front desk. No one is there. Waited about 10 minutes. The guy showed up. No apologies. No nothing - You want check in?... YES... I asked: Is my room far from elevator? Answer - YES... I go to my room. It is THIRD ROOM FROM Elevator. I guess he meant my room doesn't kiss the elevator... Second impression - room... I just had 4+ hour flight and drive. Tired. Come to bed, fix pillows - there is A HAIR ON ONE PILLOW! Wait a minute! Aren't they supposed to put clean sheets? Third impression - GYM... What gym? There's a small room, with old, not a good quality equipment. 1 treadmill, 1 eliptical, 1 stationary bike... One bench for bench presses (maximum weight was about 30lbs or something), and 1 decline bench for crunches. Even with only these they are stacked, so that there's no room for anything else. This is good enough to put a check-mark to say they have a exercise room, but from efficiency and usability standpoint - USELESS. Fourth impression - Showers - What I liked is it is standup shower, rather than bath tub. Drainage could be better though. Fifth impression - Breakfast - Just decent - nothing to brag about. Artificial eggs, cold warmm food, but good choice of breads, cereals, and you can make your own waffle. Robusta coffee is lukewarm from the thermos, and not robust :) Sixth impression - Dinner and bar - good choices of drinks, beer, limited but decent food. Only kind of positive that I saw... Anyway, if you're in town on business for a few days and will be in the room only to sleep and can get good coffee outside, this hotel could be a stopover.
Has a great small bar and a restaurant in the hotel. The food choices were limited but the food was good. I stayed for 2 weeks and the staff was very helpful and kind even though I didn't know any Spanish. It is within walking distance to a few other good restaurants. I would stay here again.
I stay very often at this hotel for the location and service. The people are always friendly and helpful. This hotel has no pool, it does have a bar so it is a good business hotel, no so much a family’s hotel. The hotel used to have road noise, but they sound proofed the building, and noise is not a problem. I highly recommend it
Even when from outside looks like a regular express hotel, when you’re inside it’s nice to be there, decoration and functionality are very good, courtesy breakfast is good enough, it was my first time on a hotel of this chain, I can tell it was a nice first experience.
Late at night I got a call to my room from people that had my first and last name and knew exactly the room number where I was staying who claimed to be the police. As I refused to give them personal info, they threatened with foul language with coming to get me as they already knew where I was staying at this point I hung up the phone and reported it to the front desk. Seems like this practice is common, as the ladies there were not surprised that it happened. They offered me to shange rooms which I accepted, but checked out of the hotel the next day along with 5 of my business partners, cutting our stay there short as we did not feel safe staying there. Getting information online I found that this is a common practice and that hotels have people working for them that pass on guest information to the criminals. I don't think I'll be stayin at that hotel again.
Great accommodations. Very friendly staff. No HOT water to take a shower with. Good location in SJDR and very secure. Parking lot is fenced in. Outside of continental breakfast it does not seem set up for dining service.
I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel. They were super helpful and polite. I only speak English and they were very helpful in finding a cab and helping to pick restaurants to eat. My room was more than adequate although some of my colleagues did have complaints, so that is why I gave them just a very good rating.
Handicap room is excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also good. The hotel is location is great, if you are doing business in San Juan and they want to get away to Tequisquiapan.
Good hotel except for noise insulation in the room. Location is in a very industrial neighborhood. No eating facilities except an adequate breakfast and a bar. Personnel attention was good. rooms were clean and adequate.
Affordable and comfortable rooms. Located strategically at the outside of the city, on the freeway that connects to Tequisquiapan. Included in the room fare is the breakfast buffet style, with a wide variety of delicious choices, from fresh fruit to enchiladas, chilaquiles and the traditional waffles. Free Wi-Fi service in all the rooms. Gym, conference rooms, business center, free coffee in the room and in the hotel dining room which also offers the opportunity to watch its two large flat screens. Rooms are equipped with safe, iron and ironing board. Highly recommended.
