After reserving a room several months ago, and a 21 hour flight from NYC, I was told upon entering the hotel to check in that the hotel oversold and I no longer had a room. They forced me to stay at the much lower standard Novotel and gave me zero credit back to compensate for changing the standard of the room!! Terrible management of a customer. Never stay at this Sofitel ever again.
