Electric was out for 10 hours and TV was out the rest of the day. We expected at the very least a free breakfast but was offered nothing. Very disappointing!

My boyfriend and I stayed in room 1210 and my father stayed in room 1212…4/29-5/1. My first impression at check in and once entered the room were fine. In the evening when it was time to shower was when I realized that this hotel is subpar. The bathtubs have slow drains. So as we showered, the tubs filled up with water. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone, but the phone wasn’t working. So I had to google the hotel and call them from the website. The front desk staff in the evening took note to have maintenance go up to the rooms the next morning to check on the tubs. In the morning maintenance arrived and the guy told me that the bathtub isn’t clogged, it’s just the slow drain and all rooms on the 12th floor have that problem. Upon leaving to go sightseeing I stopped at the front desk (sat morning) and requested housekeeping to clean the tub since there was soap scum left from showering the night before. When we got back in the evening, nothing had been cleaned. We were left to shower in a dirty bathtub.
Interia was well kept. Microwave was set in the hallway instead of inside the room. Parking lot was so so clean; rain water did not drain quickly. Breakfast was not included..
