The price was right and the location was convenient, but the breakfast was inadequate and the facilities were not in good repair.

The hotel clerk name Toni was such a wonderful and accommodating hostess. Everything we needed was on sight. The only thing that wasn't so great was the hotel was in a semi desolate area. Other than that the hotel was on point

At first they gave us a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Then they sent us to a room that already had someone in it. There were three people in our party, so they charged us 7 dollars per person for the two extra people. That lead me to expect a good breakfast. Why else charge more per person? When I got down to the breakfast in the morning, there wasn't much more than apples or pancakes. Huge disappointment.

We were taking a trip to St. Louis via the Great River Road. The hotel is freeway to close, just not the freeway to St. Louis. The hotel was clean, cheap and quiet. It is everything you need to a one night stay. We would stay again, if in the area.

Nothing special. Fine for the price. We were only there for late night to early morning, so it wasn't perfect but it did what we needed it to- gave us a place to sleep.

Well the place was in great shape and appeared to be newly remodeled. Don't count on the breakfast. They went on the cheap - no yogurt, little breads, mostly dry cereal and coffee/juice. When asked to replenish rolls, only set out 2 more! Waiting to see the bill since I was notified by my credit card that a purchase was made and I was pre-paid. Luckily a Cracker Barrel was across the parking lot.

the room was clean i was pleasantly surprised i would definitely stay again

The staff was clearly really overwhelmed--they were booked pretty solid for a golf tournament. But they also had a REALLY hard time keeping up--we couldn't get extra towels, for example, because they had run out. And breakfast was pretty terrible--there was mold in the apple juice, there was no fruit or tea (which they used to have--I've stayed here four times in the past 6 mos), and when I asked about tea, the woman told me they'd never had it and I was wrong. (I am NOT WRONG about tea--believe me, I remember). WORST OF ALL: my roommate and I (who live in different towns) have since discovered bug bites ALL OVER OUR BODIES. We can't think of anywhere we'd both have gotten such suspicious bites except this hotel, and we're busy deep cleaning all our stuff. I'm disappointed because I've liked staying here before (and even have given them a good review before) but after the moldy juice and the bug bites, I don't think I'll be back.

This place needs someone to do maintenance on the sidewalks, they were COVERED in ICE and SNOW and my friend fell and hurt his back. There is no hot tub and the pool was very cold

The hotel is reasonably priced, but rooms need upgrade and need more comfortable beds.

My wife and I stayed here for Valentines evening and was very disappointed with the hotel. We booked on Online and the pics showed a hot tub and an indoor heated pool. The hot tub had been covered with a platform and the pool water and the pool room were too cold to swim. We witnessed other guests that wanted to swim also but couldn't get past the water temperature being to low. We had no choice but to give up on celebrating Valentines with a swim and a relaxing hot tub. The two main reasons we booked this hotel were the heated pool and hot tub. What a disappointment. When we tried to take a shower in the room we found the hand held shower had been tied to the slide bar with a plastic bag. We brought this to the attention of the night clerk, who was unable to change us to another handicap accessible room because the shower in that room was also broken. The night staff was very pleasant but unable to correct any problems. I addressed the situation in the morning with the hotel manager who thanked me for bringing it to their attention but unwilling to do anything more than that. She also told me that the hot tub had not been in service for two years. Sam & Connie

Overall the motel was OK. The rooms were comfortable. The pool was to cold to win in. That was the reason for picking the motel. The motel was over price for that reason. The lady that checked me in was very helpful by ordering a meal to be delivered, more than she had to do. For that reason I would recommend this motel.

Great spot for a weekend overnighter. This motel is close to both shopping and dining.

There were bedbugs on my bed! I was upgraded, but could not sleep and had to put all my stuff back in the car. The bedbug registry has them registered but they changed the name. Check the address.

The hotel is very clean, and the room was larger than I expected. To my surprise, the bed was incredibly comfortable... there's a mall with restaurants just down the street, and other dining close by. I definitely recommend this hotel, and will very likely book again when I travel I-80.

I've stayed here four times now--it's always been clean and quiet. The breakfast is nothing special (I really wish they'd have eggs--at least hard boiled if not warm eggs), mostly cold stuff like cereal and donuts. But it's not terrible, and the kids like making their own waffles in the waffle-maker.

Hotel was a good value and very good staff. I would stay here again.

i had to use a special promotion and it made the price of ths motel very cheap for what it was it was the best value i have had and loved it

Great location close to I-80. Staff very nice. Rooms clean and comfortable. Great value.

All employees were polite and very helpful. Breakfast OK. Eggs and meat would have make it Great. I was in town for a funeral, paid in advance for 4 nights and only needed 3. Wanted to have 2 rooms one of the three nights but the GM would not approve it. Disappointed in that as you are not always sure when attending a close relitives funeral how long you stay might be until you get there and the funeral is over if you will be needed longer.
