Quit time in pool. Room nice and clean. Management got maintaince to are room asap. Problem solved in couple hours. Bought lunch so we could leve room. The spa pedicures not safe for handicapped people. Spa staff friendly but amenities are not handicapp friendly. My chair barely fit through hallways. Massages were good. Facial not so good. The pool was very cold and had chuncks of hair floating in water. Hot tub okay. Area clean. Had area to our selves which was nice. Food, the sports bar serves hot delicious food. Service good too. The buffett 30 minutes after opening for dinner crab legs cold, prime rib cold, a lot of food choices looked like they had been sitting a while. Did not know casios still allow smoking in casino. Didn't get to try any machines due to smell. It was triggering my asthma. This was our anniversary weekend. Unfortately it was not a great weekend. Learned a lesson read reviews and if there consistent. Bevieve them. Took a blind leap if faith. It bit us in the rear-end.
As a women traveling alone I felt very safe staying here and playing at the casino. There was also a nice restaurant in the casino to have my meals.

This place is practically in the middle of Interstate 80. Traffic noise is nonstop. Booked a suite, never figured out the ridiculously nonsensical light switch situation. Drain plug in the bathroom basin was broken.
Very new and clean casino and hotel
We were given a handicap room with a very small shower. When we asked to change they said that was the room type that Orbitz requested and they can’t change. Contacted Orbitz and they said any issues with room needs to be addressed with hotel. Obvious he didn’t want to bother helping us.
Hotel drop off is inconvenient. Restaurants are poorly located. Ruthie’s Service was terrible. No where to get coffee in the morning except in the casino.
It's very clean and pretty I loved every part of it there was nothing I didn't like about the hotel and its a family oriented community as well
