Nice hotel, but we couldn't enjoy pool because the opening hours are 10 a.m. Gym is pretty small as well.

Excellent. I stayed in so many motels in the past 2 months, I can't remember details, especially when it's over a week since I was there, but I recall La Quinta being above average among the motels in which I stayed during my road trip west and return.

This hotel has a great location with easy access to Moline, etc. The building needs to be updated. There is no symmetry in the décor. the rooms are ok at best. our armoire(tv stand thing) was falling apart. the hotel staff was outside smoking EVERY time we went down stairs? They were attentive and would stop their break to come in and help if needed. There was no way to identify staff members from guests either as their shirts were all different styles and colors. Our toilet was plugged upon our arrival and had to be plunged so we could use it.

Swimming pool out of order, ice machines not working properly, room wasn't cleaned well. We cut vacation short because we were uncomfortable in the hotel.

Supplies were scant for breakfast. Was told cream cheese was on the delivery truck three days in. Roll. Was told by another guest the same happened a couple of weeks before. My door lock had to be reset numerous times. Had to change room because we could not get into the room we were fist given. Not the happy camper we should be.

They did'nt makeup our room for the 2nd night stay. Heater was not working properly.

Nice bed. Clean room. Good free breakfast. Great location.

We didn't spend much time in the hotel, but what we did we enjoyed: clean, decent breakfast (including scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, waffles, etc), and all day coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. (There were warm cookies at one point, too...but we missed them! sniff). We didn't check out the pool, so I can't comment on that. Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke, so the desk person quickly moved us to another room--which was fine.

We were going across country and stopped in Davenport. Had no problem getting in even though it was almost midnight. It seemed nice and I wish would could have stayed longer to use the pool.

The staff was very nice and friendly upon arrival. The room was clean, just a bit worn, not sparkling new. We had reserved a room with two queen beds but were placed in a room with one queen and one full. We did not make a fuss since we were extremely tired and just wanted to get to sleep. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection.

Great staff and good location, but the rooms are a little old.

A great hotel to stay at if you have pets. The only thing to note is that the rooms are way smaller than the pictures let on. We have three dogs who are crated, and we could barely fit ourselves and the dogs in the room.

This hotel is clean and staffed with very nice people. The rooms are much smaller than they look in the pictures, so be careful if you are traveling with more than one dog. We have three and could barely fit their crates in the rooms.

Didn't do much but sleep, but everything was at least as good as expected.

With the exception of a non-functional coFfee maker in room, we had a great stay. Breakfast was way above "normal"...pool was friendly, staff very pleasant and helpful. We'll return. Property is undergoing renovations---good planning.

We were in town for the Bix. The hotel provided what was needed of it - a place to rest. But it reeked of cigarette smoke (non-smoking room), the AC was either ice box or sauna and the lighting a bit dim. The worst was the bathroom - the shower area had mildew all over the drop ceiling, and even in some nooks and crannies. Gross! The bed was comfortable, though it lacked in warm blankets and was a bit soft. Next time we'll pay the extra $20 a night and stay somewhere we know will be clean and comfortable.

Came to attend a wedding. There was no early check in option, but the woman at the desk arranged for a vacant room for me to change into my dress.

This hotel was horribly smelly, it was stifling hot and not worth the price. There were room parties going on in two rooms next door and the management did nothing: a real let down!

Dear Jack Sorry for the issue you had while staying at the La Quinta. We assure you each heater is check on a regular bases. If brought to our attention we could have room moved you or sent someone up to make what ever repairs that may have needed to be done.
