They offered even Lavender towels for sleep and I loved the face wipes

I arrived at 2:45 pm and they wouldn’t let me check in. I said, “Just give me a room key snd I’ll return much later.” They would not. I returned later at 11:30 pm and the said that they were over-booked and there was no room with 2 Queen beds for me, my wife, and 3 kids. So I drove my family home in the middle of the night. I’m NEVER using Orbitz again!! Holiday Inn isn’t high on my list either.

Orbitz listed this property as .67 miles from Rhythmn City Casino and it was just short of 10 miles!!!! Not at all convenient for our planned evening.

Flexible; stayed here due to father's open heart surgery at Trinity. Close to restaurants and other things to do.

We come to Moline for a few concerts a year. We always stay here. Clean rooms and never had a proble

Staff was great, professional and friendly. Hotel is old with wallpaper loose on hallway and tv remote in room not working. Room was clean and beds very comfortable I would stay there again if I had to but would not make a special trip there to stay if that makes any sense.

We were booked into an older room in bad need of remodeling. There was some mold around bathtub. IF I book here again I will do so only with the understanding AND agreement that I could reject the accomodation in favor of an other OR a full refund.

very nice hotel except train blowing horn woke me up 5 times during night

Friendly helpful staff, rooms were due for some updating, but were clean and sufficient.

Nice location by downtown. Pool needs upgrading and no hot tub. They could really improve the area by pool add exterior seating outside pool area

I stayed here while on a business trip. It was close to the meeting site, and was a decent value for the price. I'd stay there again.

Hotel located in downtown Rock Island, close to the river. Nice short walk to river walk. Pool and workout facilities are a little dated, but ok. Rooms nice with large television. Benigan's located adjacent and coffee shop across the street.

Staying at the Holiday Inn Rock Island is always a good option. Amenities are nice, staff is efficient and check in is easy, and the location is great for drinks and food.

We stayed at this hotel when traveling home from Chicago. Location was perfect for us, close to the interstate but we didn't stay in town to know if it was close to anything else. The hotel was under construction a little bit and we weren't given instructions on how to navigate the stairs and had to use the elevators (I'm terrified of them!). The staff was very friendly and recommended some restaurants close by that were open late in case we were hungry. They also upgraded us to a bigger bed at no charge since my son was refusing to sleep in his pack and play! The hotel restaurant was ok, nothing special and a bit pricey for the taste. They do offer a 20% discount when you stay. Restaurant waitress was very rude, the milk was warm and the food was burnt. I would recommend eating elsewhere! The shower had good pressure but the temperature kept going from warm to cold to hot. I would stay here again!

We were on the fourth floor. I am not crazy about elevators and one of them was out of order. I asked about the stairs and the person at the front desk said there were none. I thought that was weird. Finally, (after going on the elevator several times) I asked someone else and they told me where to find the stairs. I don't like being lied to.

nice facility. Pool was heated yet had to towels for drying. Scale in fitness center weighed you larger than you are.

nice hotel with excellent breakfast. I will book that hotel again on my mext visit to Chicago

Rooms were upgraded shower was not. I was not excited about the smell in the entry and hallways either.

Used the hotel for a business trip. Had all the standards needed and enough amenities in the surrounding area to make it a good trip

Typical hotel, not too much out of the ordinary. Great location, walking distance from bars, restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff. It is next to a bus stop and a ywca, and there were some shady looking people walking around (not sure the two are related, but I imagine they are) The pool is in a room that was freezing cold with windows that ajoined to a gym which was creepy because people in there working out are looking at you swimming. Beds were comfortable, the tv in the room was fairly large, decent view of the Mississippi. Overall aslightly above average hotel.
