This hotel's Soul WOWWWED me! I have never felt such a Welcome - from every member of the Team. I felt personally, lovingly cared for. When I was unwell, the Team - everyone - took care of me and I felt like I was surrounded by family. I would give this Hotel and its team of angels 7 stars if I could. AMAZING people! On my birthday, they treated me to the most beautiful cuisine feast and the whole Team came out to sing a birthday song! It truly touched my heart! This team takes 5* to a whole new level! Hotel is nice but far away from all KL city has. Expect to spend at least USD30 to get by taxi to the city.
