To start with there was no microwave or coffee pot. Ice machine near room was not working. Shower curtain needed to be bleached or thrown away. Furniture was dusty and floors needed to be cleaned. Front desk check -in was not very helpful or friendly.

Convenient to downtown (walkable) No maid service on the weekend. No breakfast on the weekend.
I asked for Ground Floor rooms in Booking, was given on floor 2. That prooerty was full of weed smokers.
Free parking? Where? There is like 5 spots and remain occupied.

The hotel manager was rude and racist. Racial profiling at its worst. Will never stay there again. And i would NOT recommend staying there to anyone.
This property is the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The walls are super thin. You can hear every guest’s footstep, door close, toilet flush, etc. The staff start cleaning super early and are very loud.
Very clean and up to date love it the swimming pool and jacuzzi was perfect
They kept us well entertained, Saturday they had a big cookout with free beer, and a big TV to watch the Buckeyes on Saturday night.
Sadly this property is a reflection of what the owners must think people expect who stay on the island. It’s a run down party house. Nothing about it was up to any standard for the price. My biggest disappointment was that I forgot my Lysol !
This place is so run down and dated and overpriced I won’t stay again.

I apologize, but we do not have any first floor courtyard rooms; they are all on the second or third floor, the bottom is for parking.

The 2 lots next door accommodate over 100 cars and there were less than 15 cars there during your stay. Sorry we were not able to tell you this. Thanks
