Staff is very helpful.
I had planed a zoom call for 2 am Vallarta time. I asked why the wifi was not working and they told be it would be fixed within 1/2 hour. After that time I asked again and was told someone was trying to fix it. I asked for the person’s name and after hesitation I was told me a name after thinking for awhile. When I asked to speak to him I was told they were not sure where he was? And I was told that nobody had wifi in Vallarta. I walked to the Another hotel one block away and their wifi was working. They were obviously not telling me the truth.
The place and staff are really good. The only thing is the breakfast. It’s the same everyday and always waiting on items. The food is always cold and there is no microwave to warm it up.
The staff is very helpful and very accommodating. The wifi is good, and lots of televion Chanel’s.you get your money’s worth.
For a basic hotel its good service and up to date modern rooms good ac and wifi
This was a great stay for us. Great location with easy walking distance the shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant food was great. Great service except for 1 thing was missing. There was no wheel chair available. My husband had hip surgery while he was in PV. That is the only thing that would have made our stay easier.
Everything is good, but the service is very slow.
