New villa with all the comfort and elegance in a residential complex.
With a closed patio, a private pool (Temp from 26 to 30 degrees), with a Jacuzzi inside. The pool is exclusively for people staying at the house.
In the courtyard, there is a pergola with a dining room to enjoy the BBQ or to have breakfast or dinner outdoors.
The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix access in all rooms.

The space
All rooms feature A/C and TV with Netflix access.
We have one room with a queen-size bed and another with two full-size beds.
In the living room, we have a sofa bed that we leave with equipment at the customer's request.
Pool staff will provide maintenance 2-3 times a week. You'll be notified before you go. It only takes 10 minutes
The most important beaches, Cortecito and Macoa, are about 15 minutes away from the house by car.
Uber works well in the area and is not expensive
The kitchen has all the equipment, plus a microwave and blender

There is another larger pool in the residential area, but its use is shared with the other neighbors
There is a supermarket near the house, about 5 minutes away by car.
There is also a pizzeria with delivery service about a 5-minute drive away

The house is located in a very quiet residential complex.
Excessive noise and loud music are not allowed.
We take great care to ensure our neighbors' peace, just as they respect ours.
