Smart TV in each room and living room, and equipped kitchen, BBQ, Private pool ( temp 26 - 30 degrees) with Jacuzzi inside, and pergola with dining room for an outdoor breakfast.

You won't need to leave the villa, which is very comfortable and quiet. Close to all the amenities and leisure areas of Bávaro-Punta Cana.

You can have breakfast or dinner on the terrace in the light of the pergola and pool.

The property is close to the other properties in the residential complex. Please note that quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, during which you cannot play music or make noise of any kind, such as screaming, loud voices, etc.
Failure to comply with this point may result in cancellation of the stay at the property.

Pool maintenance personnel come 1-2 times during the week, but have access from outside the house. They don't need to be in it for maintenance.

Electricity is included, but responsible use is requested, especially in the use of air conditioners, turning them off when not in the rooms.

Two beach chairs and a beach umbrella located on the property are available for use on the beach.
