1)- To create access to the resort we will need a photo ID or passport of all guests. (During check-in, the front desk will give all guests a numbered ID bracelet and scan a copy of their ID for records.Use them or keep them handy, as you will need to present them at the security gates to re-access the property.)

Option 1: the cost of this service will depend on your consumption during your days of stay, with a value of 24 Dominican Pesos per KW consumed, you can pay in cash, local bank transfer and Airbnb (consider that we must add USD 7.00 of bank transaction to the initial amount when paying for airbnb).
Option 2: You can pay 47.00 USD per day (Equivalent to 120kw per day, if you exceed the consumption the surplus will be charged).

10)- Before your arrival we recommend going through a supermarket, in the accommodation you will find a bottle of drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishwashing detergent, conditioner, shampoo and body soap. Each customer is responsible for their replacement.

11)- On the day of check-out, all guests must pass by reception before they are checked out of their condo. Reception will remove their ID Bracelets and issue them with the required check-out ticket.

12)- VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED, due to complex rules, visits to apartments with vacation rentals are not permitted.
