The property is absolutely dreamy. From the moment you walk in the lobby, you feel transported to an exotic bohemian paradise. We were given the tasiest frozen concoction while we waited for the conceirge to take us by golfcart to our room. That drink was my absolute favorite! The ocean view, vegetation, architecture, etc. was breathtaking. Hard to describe or capture in photographs. The staff was always helpful, anticipating our needs and offering helpful guidance/recommendations. Food was excellent: Sushi restaurant was the best, second best was Italian, third Wok Japanese & last was the traditional dominican buffet. The Blue Marlin was good for lunch, but the clams werent the best. However, we loved the red snapper and tomato salad. The snack bar by the pool had amazing paella and quacamole. Breakfast was delicous with many healthy options and traditional domican items. Definitely visit the spa, we had a wonderful hydrotherapy experience with Omar. Beach access was convenient. Cap Cana is gated with high security checkpoints. You nust have a reservation or live there to enter. Our resort was gated and felt safe as well. Overall this is an affordable luxurious all inclusive resort. Highly recommended 👌

very nice hotel, staff super helpful and friendly, but yet i went for the beach. They have barricades around their beach and the beach on the other side looks clean, yet from sanctuary i got in the beach and i could not even see my toes. Beach was so brown.
This was the most amazing trip we have taken. If you are looking for a place to relax and have a truly romantic get away this is it. This has it all, from morning meditations to romantic sunset dinners with amazing cuisine! The hospitality is above and beyond there was never a time we didn’t have a drink in hand (they have a lot of Non alcoholic fun drinks too). We celebrated our baby moon and can’t go back for a while (true adults only hotel) but will plan on returning in the future! Only recommendation is to book the flight separately.

The Resort is Beautiful. The suites and location so close to the water is stunning. Multiple calls to concierge and never replied. We wanted to do an excursion but never for a reply from concierge. The food options are plenty but everything is pre cooked and they reheat to serve. I was served cold, reheated red snapper at their seafood restaurant. The only thing that came fresh was the breakfast omelete and the sushi. The food is mediocre. Other than the food, the resort is amazing.
We highly recommend this resort for an escape from reality in tropical paradise.

This hotel uses frozen food. Now if I’m paying over 500 a night please do not use pre made food. This is a country that is full of rich foods. Fresh produce. Staff needs customer service skill. Over all do not recommend. Lastly my partner does not eat meat or pork. He was given pork. Had 23 yrs had not consumed it. This is after I expressed several times his allergies.
