1)- To create access to the resort we will need a photo ID or passport of all guests.

2)- You will have 30kw of electricity per night included, if there is extra consumption it has a value of 24 Dominican pesos per Kw consumed. Additional consumption can be paid in cash, local bank transfer and Airbnb (consider that we must add USD 7.00 of bank transaction to the initial amount when paying through Airbnb).

8)- The Private Beach Club is located 700 meters walking and 1 minute by car, a minimum fee is required to enter USD 35.00 per person, consumables in Food and drinks, etc. The departure time from the Beach Club is at 5:00pm.

9)- Before your arrival we recommend going through a supermarket, in the accommodation you will find Drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishwashing detergent, conditioner, shampoo and body soap. Each customer is responsible for their replacement.

10)- Mountain bikes are available for rent (includes delivery and helmet), based on availability. The rental cost depends on the number of days.

11)-Cash deposit of USD 200 (does not apply exclusively to Airbnb)

This beach luxury penthouse is on the third floor, fully equipped and furnished. This beautiful home features two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a KING bed, a stunning view of the magnificent lake, and the Hard Rock Golf Course. The guest bedroom is with 2 TWIN beds. The social area has a modern open kitchen, a luxurious dining room, a Living Room with Digital TV, and a double sofa bed to share with family and friends. In addition, there is a balcony with comfortable chairs where you can enjoy the fantastic view at any time of the day.

The top floor, accessed by private stairs from the apartment, offers a BBQ in a spacious dining room overlooking the ocean and a family room overlooking the pool, golf course, and lake.

It is in the exclusive Cana Bay area, a few meters from the Hard Rock Casino & Resort Hotel, restaurants, 27-hole golf course, and private beach club. With 24-hour security, Cana Bay is one of the safest residential areas in Punta Cana, with access to multiple private amenities.

- Enjoy complimentary access to the beautiful pool at Cana Pearl Residence—perfect for a refreshing swim or lounging in the sun, just steps from your accommodation.

- Cana Pearl is ideally located just steps from the exclusive Cana Bay Beach Club. For a USD 35.00 entrance fee per person (applied as a credit toward your food and beverage consumption), guests can enjoy the stunning beach, a relaxing infinity pool, and a designated swim area for children. Perfect for a luxurious day by the beach—better than a standard hotel day pass! Beach Club hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

- There are nearby beaches with free access, such as Cortesito, Los Corales, and Macao (well known for being a beach where you can take surf lessons on one side and the other for being quiet), with many restaurants and shops in front.

- Staying at Cana Pearl does not grant special access to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino amenities. Access is available only through a hotel day pass, with rates set daily by hotel management. We recommend calling the hotel a day in advance to check availability and pricing.

- Guests are welcome to visit the Hard Rock Casino area for free! Go to the hotel lobby and let them know you're there to enjoy the casino or public places.

We are very family hosts, we can gladly be present at the time of check in, although we also send information through videos before arrival.

The personalized service to the guest is what characterizes us, our constant contact is through online assistance or phone call.

The Cana Bay community, is recognized in the area for being a residential with private security 24H and considered one of the most predominant LUXURY residential in Punta Cana, the surroundings have as a view and as enjoyment the famous golf course of the renowned designer Jack Nicklaus, in the same way it shares land with the Hotel Hard Rock Punta Cana 5 *, which has FREE access to its CASINO, commercial area (stores of recognized brands), the famous Montserrate Restaurant and YouYu Restaurant. As an additional tip we can tell you that some of our clients usually take advantage of one of the days and pay a DAY PASS in their facilities (applies to the Hard Rock Hotel or any of the hotels in the Area).

In the same way it has a Private Beach Club that for a minimum of Consumption can have access to a whole day, the price is much better than a day trip at the hotel.

Getting to Cana Pearl is very simple, once you arrive at Punta Cana International Airport, the airport has taxi drivers certified by the same airport to transport tourists, the price of the Taxi is around USD 45.00 to USD 55.00.

Cana Pearl is 20 minutes from the airport, once you leave the airport you take a highway that goes directly to the complex.

On the way to Cana Pearl we recommend entering a supermarket and buying provisions for the next days of your stay.

At Gale Vacation Rentals we can book either the transfer in advance (we have bilingual drivers who can wait for you inside the airport with a sign) or help with supermarket shopping, so that when you arrive, you are calm and can enjoy your vacation 100%.
