Asked for a queen/king bed but was given double bed, Room amenities very poor, only water, shampoo and soap from dispensers, coffee was available only first night, no room bar, drinks pretty much all generic, most of the popular drinks not available (pina colada, caipirina, tequila but not lemon or salt) in most bars. Buffet bar for all meals not much to select from and pretty much the same every day, smoking allowed in restaurant causing smoke all over the dinning area. Swimming pool algae growth on walls, look like very little maintenance. Internet service and security box was extra charges. Internet in common areas was very poor only facebook and messenger worked.

I loved staying at IFA everything was perfect food and drinks were delicious👍Thanks.

My overall experience with the resort was excellent, except of the fact that the bed sheets had mold stains that looked like dirt. Besides that, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The resort is beautiful, renovated and big. The beach is 5 mins walking or you can take the shuttle there. The staff was extremely friendly and there are a lot of restueant options. The food was also very good. I would go back there and I will also recommend!

Room was older not cleaned well saw old cigarette but on floor.. very hard to get clean towels. Room had ants. Buffet had flies everywhere served same food each day

The hotel its ok, it can be better, the food is not that great, the staff is good the check in was fast. The beach is about 3 minutes walking, overall was good for the price

AC wasn't working for 3 days after reporting it and no one came to check or fix it

The staff are rude, food is nasty, no variety, old food. My husband get poison by a good are in the buffet. Flies everywhere in food, not hygiene at all.

It was nice but the staff should inform you at first what and where are the daily activities. We were not well informed so we didnt get a chance to do the beach aerobics because we werent informed. The shower flooded in the bathroom , they were stingy with the towels, The staff was friendly, the shows were nice, the beach is nice, there was a lot of security.

My family enjoyed the vacations, they was very happy and they said an inolvidable experience.

I don't like the everything. I don't again this resort

My family and I had a terrible experience with this resort. It started at check-in, waited an hour to get checked-in, they finally assigned a room with a very bad smell of cigarettes which am allergic to. Had to walk back to the front desk with my belongings to ask for a different room, they didn't have anything available, had to wait another hour for an available room. The food was also terrible with not many choices except for the main buffet. We made reservations for the Italian restaurant for my sisters birthday and her engagement and that was even worst, we couldn't finish the food. Saturday we spent the day out on a excursion. On Sunday I had my dad drive from Santo Domingo to our resort just so that we can see him and the manager informed us that we couldn't have guests and that he was trespassing, of course we were taken back by this and the way he was communicating with us, that's when the client services employee came to the front and began cursing at my sister. Security had to remove him, that's when another employee pulled me to the side and said if I gave him $100 he would allow my father to come in, I guess he was trying to get money from me. we ended up going to a public beach to spend some time with him. The behavior and the unprofessional-ism was unacceptable. I will never visit this resort again or recommend to anyone.

My entire experience here was dreadful the entire time. The food was inedible, low quality ingredients, stale food left and right, and an unhelpful staff thag seemed rather bothered by anything you asked them. Specially the bartending staff. The check in process was unorganized, and disfunctional. It took about 45 minutes for them to just give me a wristband and the key and map to my hotel room. There were no fans available for outdoor spaces, and c'mom, it the DR. It's always hot. I will be writing a more in depth review on google and Yelp, not for negativity but with the hopes that the managements takes notice as no one was really willing to do anything for you and it seemed to be a huge inconvenience when it was done.

Had such a great time! Fell so at home there and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I will be returning.

The hotel rooms and facilities were nice with a lot to keep everyone busy at every age. However, the food is terrible. While there is lots of food, none of it is fine dining. You will want to eat out eveynight. So, we had fun but we probably lost weight as the food was so bad.

The location is great,The rooms were clean and had everything you needed But for the cost they were great value!

I went to punta Cana with my family and some friends. The staff at the Ifa was very attentive and friendly. One of our friends got there a day after we did. The staff allowed her to enjoy all the aminities at the hotel while she was waiting for her room. After we checked out. We were told to keep the bracelet so we could eat lunch before living. They hold our luggage until it was time for us to leave.

The hotel was great everything!! i have nothing to complain about beautiful place for a vacation.

Best experience ever!!! Can't wait to go back!!! Everyone was so welcoming, I made friends with the employees that same day I arrived. The dinner reservations were canceled due to a wedding,,but once we spoke to the manager we go on the lis that same night to eat dinner!!! Loved it!!!
