Everyone was awesome. Very friendly, helpful and made our stay great!!

Beautiful beach We just returned from our 8 day stay as a family 4 and we had a wonderful time. We have been to Punta Cana 5 other times but this was our first visit to Sirenis. The beach and pool were perfect. We had wonderful dinners at the Brazilian, Japanese and Italian restaurants. The buffets are comparable to all the other resorts we have visited. The kids club was lacking compared to other resorts. We had a family room and it was great for our family of four. The water slides park was an extra perk. Our favorite employee was Josue at the bar! He was so hard working and such a pleasure to talk to. Overall it was a great trip!

Great place Went with the wife and 2 kids So much to do for everyone People super nice Dont listen to all these reviews that people complain about everything (from WIFI,lumpy beds,bugs etc....)Have all these whiners pay the extra $700 and stay at a 5 star resort so they can get pampered. Been to a lot of all inclusive resorts and this is right at the top Staff are super friendly and food has plenty of options Beach is beautiful and pools are very clean Overall a great place!!!!

No one speaks proper English, if you don’t know Spanish please consider another option.. Very bad smells in rooms but at front desk no one willing to change room.. Water leakage from ceiling but no one serious when made complaint.., one day Yellowish water came from faucet..

Staff is well trained and very friendly. A great variety of food and restaurants. Huge space overall make it like there is not that many people on the site.

Very bad experience from start to finish and a lot of false advertisement

I like that the resort was large I love that there was a concierge at every end of each bungalow. The front desk staff was amazing the concierge‘s were wonderful. We had issues with the TV, air conditioner, telephone every day we called in a complaint every day for someone to come and fix one or all three issues daily. what I did not like is the food it’s very repetitive the same exact thing every day every morning they have a spread of cold cuts and cheese which some people might like but it sits out with flies on it. The food is exactly the same for breakfast lunch and dinner every day very boring they don’t have theme nights they don’t have theme dinners the polls were very very dirty.

The pools were good but the food was really bad we walk away from the Italian restaurant because the food was horrible and the food overall was bad. The staff are hustling and day money money money. The only have Mangu one day... the main Dominican dish one day. Bad

I really did not expect so much hospitality and comfort for a reasonable price ... they have everything to do in the hotel ... and the food excellent the excellent animation boys ... and super Toni who It was that he guided us in everything he was very friendly and helpful .... in general all were excellent .... thanks very funny holiday
