The villa is equipped with accessories such as central air conditioning, wi-fi internet, alarm system, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, TV and curtains.
 
The garden is equipped with electric barbecue and masonry wood-burning oven, outdoor shower, furnished with deck chairs and sofas for relaxation, and, with its large spaces, allows for parking inside the property.

Villa Sunkiss is a well-finished villa with a large garden. The outdoor spaces are furnished deck chairs, rocking chairs, sun loungers, and the porch is perfect for outdoor dining. In some corners of the garden there are games for the little ones.
 
The vast expanse of the property includes a pleasant path among Mediterranean botanical species that leads to the beach in a few minutes.
The spacious interiors of Villa Sunkiss are well furnished and bright, with fine furnishings, newly made bathrooms with crystal shower stalls and all rooms air-conditioned. The villa is spread over two levels.
The ground floor of the villa is dedicated to the living area that includes living, large kitchen and shower room. The living room overlooks the porch and the large garden.
On the second floor is the sleeping area with 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin with single beds, 2 large bathrooms complete with shower.

Villa Sunkiss is located 750 meters from the beach of Marina di Pulsano, a locality on the coast of the Taranto Ionian arch characterized by renowned beaches with fine white sand, and crystal-clear sea with shallow water, very popular also with families with children.
The villa is close to the town center, where all the main services are present.
Marina di Pulsano is one of the most beautiful locations on this stretch of sandy coast, interspersed with gentle, low cliffs.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
