Nice hotel with good view. Staff are very welcoming!

The beds feel horrible everything in the hotel is amazing except the bed. I would of checked out if everywhere else wasn't already booked. The breakfast was great fresh fruit and the bar was clean and willing to stay open past ten. The pool had towels. The room was clean and big. But the beds ruined it for me ever returning

Super friendly check in and even helped me get my bags to my room because I was on crutches. Very nice property, clean room that was very spacious. Excellent stay and will definitely stay again on my next trip.

Nice stay. Great staff. Good is wonderful. Amenities in the shower are lovely

The Hilltop is within walking distance to the WSU, Pullman Campus. Coming from S. California, we always try to stay at the Hilltop when we take our daughter back to WSU. It's a very "down-to-earth" type of atmosphere @ The Hilltop and the staff is especially friendly & helpful. We love seeing all of their Cougar displays that allows you to immediately feel a part of the school.

the staff were exceedingly friendly. Great complimentary breakfast

It was a really nice hotel actually. Pullman is a small college town, and the hotel is manned by a mixture of the community, kindly, clean-cut college and farm boys, their mothers, their fathers. The breakfast was REALLY GOOD as hotel breakfasts go, and the chef clearly took some pride in it.

We came into town to get our daughter started in grad school and wanted a place close to downtown and campus. The location was great and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beyond expectations and the breakfast provided was excellent. Great having an on site bar as well. We would definitely recommend and we will plan on staying there next trip.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It was very quiet and in a convenient location to get to the Jazz Festival at the University of Idaho.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. I'm typing more because the program says I have to type at least 50 characters.

This hotel did meet every standard for a comfortable stay. The staff was really nice and worked with me to find a room that best fit my needs. I do plan on coming and staying again in the future.

Checked in for a day and staff was nice. The room is good. Cost is slightly high but still cheaper than others in town. Overall good place to stay.

Great location next to Washington State University. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice indoor pool and hot tub.

The restaurant within the hotel did not open until 3 pm and when I asked the front desk for a list of restaurants who would deliver to hotel she said she didn't know if they had one. We then went into the city in search of food to find that most restaurants were closed until 3pm. We found this very inconvenient. The hotel breakfast was lacking. Biscuits as hard as bricks, cold gravy, and cold eggs. There were no options such as muffins, wheat toast, English muffins, or a microwave to reheat the food. Then I noticed they had an $8 value on this meal. Ridiculous!

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Great as far as location to WSU.

This was a nice hotel near the university. The staff was excellent and made some good recommendations. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Overall experience positive for our short visit. Room very clean and comfortable having been newly remodeled. Only point of concern where some other guests down the hall who were noisy late into the night. The breakfast was a good selection and of good quality but the hot items were barely warm. Beautiful view from dining room and our room.

Carpet and bedding appeared stained, Overall cleanliness was OK, but the stains grossed us out. We were in one of the rooms that overlooked the lobby/breakfast area which was surprisingly loud in the AM with a constant BEEP BEEP to remind someone their waffle needed attention. Especially charming was the VCR (yes VCR not DVD, no not a DVD/VCR Combo) an actual VCR attached to our Analog TV. Staff were friendly and helpful but hotel needs updating. This place does work during peak season.

Easy to find, easy parking. I slept so well in that bed! Breakfast was nice but since im allergic to dairy I wish they had soy milk or something. I'm also allergic to animals so I appreciated that they limit pets to the first floor. Their pool is open late, which is awesome.

Mattresses not very comfortable. Hole in ceiling on first floor leading to rooms. Needs some updating. Pool temperature became cold in the evening. Hot tub and sauna temperature too hot.
