The best location in Puerto Viejo. Across from the nicest beach in the area. Good service. The rooms could be improved. I hardly had any Wi-Fi from my room.
The place is conveniently located right in front of cocles Beach and in the middle. Of literally the jungle, so youll really feel close to nature. The pool area is very nice, the room seemed to be a bit pricy as is kinda small but nice inside. The room did have a problem in the front door as won't close completely so mosquitos better be friends with. The restaurant is not functioning as you would expect from a 3 star hotel, they close 7 pm and the menu options are very limited. Staff is super friendly and courteous. Parking lot is ok although they don't have 24/7 security, just at night. The hotel is 20 min away from Manzanillo, the best beach in the area.
Loved this property setting in the Jungle. So many sloths and howler monkeys. Loved the superior suite room. Staff was great. Great beach across the road. Will definitely return when in Puerto Viejo.
Staff was not friendly, gave me wrong room, said room was not available, jacuzzi was not hot and bar seemed like it was closed.
Air Conditioning in rooms was in adequate, rooms were quite sparse
We arrived to cool washcloths to cool ourselves followed by refreshing juice before we were escorted to our room. the room was very pleasant and the hammock and table and chairs outside was a nice touch. Also the refreshing pool and showers after the beach time was very peaceful!! Very friendly and accommodating staff for all our questions, and willingness to call our taxis. We would love to stay longer next time!
La parte de los bungalows muy bonita, la parte abajo del hotel está demasiado descuidada. Sentí un trato poco adecuado de una parte del personal, en particular el muchacho asignado para llevarnos a la habitación no tuvo ni la gentileza de ayudar con las maletas. En general el trato del personal es un poco tosco, falta mejorar esto.
