Staff very friendly. But our room was dated, bathroom faucet broke within the first 5hours of our stay and we had a broken lamp which was clearly broke in our room. VERY difficult times trying to get reservations in any of the restaurants due to allowing guests to book for a week at a time. Only one staff to manage everyone. This could have definitely been done better. Aside those 2 issues the facility staff and area were great

Pros: The staff you interact with daily was great. Whether at the pool, bar or eating, they were friendly and professional. The pool is nice enough and the kids area is great for the young ones. Cons: Just when you think you successfully avoided the timeshare people exiting the airport, they pretty much do the same. When you check in, they make you sit on the side and you think they’re gonna inform you about the resort, but instead they try to get you to go to some meeting the next morning so you can become a member. Like really? I just got here. Here’s where they were cruel, it’s 3pm, I have at 1 and 3 year old who are hungry and they’re pushing me to sign a form so I’ll show up tomorrow and I can get a nicer room because mine is terrible and not renovated. I’m like no I’m good, and they keep pushing, telling me to talk to my wife and come on this is obvious or if yoh pay more youll get a nicer room. After about 20 minutes of this I eventually relent as my kids are crying and pay an extra $160 for the “upgrade.” The upgrade is a pretty dingy room with a crooked loose bathroom sink, stained sheets and generally dirty room. There were eyelashes on the counter from a prior guest. The safe had a low battery and after calling twice asking to get it fixed we gave up and kept our valuables in our locked briefcase. The topper, I found a bed bug on one of our beds on our last day. The food was poor as well, and even eating fries requires you sit down. Won’t retur

Staff, waiters and waitresses are first class! Location is very convenient, you can bike to outside restaurants if needed. Food was good in my opinion. Great beach location. Beautiful clean beach. Needs some updating but not too bad. We were happy with our stay

We love the hospitality and the kindness of the staff members specially at casa Bella at bufffet place the server they were amazingly kind and they consistently asked us if we need anything. Definitely we will visit again.thank you.

We had a very pleasant stay at Marival Emotions. Our room was very confortable, clean and quiet. The animation team is amazing! Food was great with plenty of options. The food at the “high hand” restaurants was not that great but still good.

I want to start by talking about how impressed I was with the hard work of all the staff at the Resort. They all work tirelessly so that everything is always perfect and they are all extraordinarily friendly. There is a serious problem in this resort which is the lack of space to be on the beach or around the pool without having to stress trying to save your place early by putting a towel. One of the days, I put towels on a beach chair and when I returned from bringing my son from the room, all my things had already disappeared including my resort towels. They had been taken to a far away room where they have all lost and found. It's crazy. I cannot go to a relaxation place where I have to be stressed every day about whether or not I will be able to find a place to relax because in fact, if you did not put the towels to save the place, you arrived and had to spend the rest of the day on the floor or on the sand because there would be no place for you anywhere. A super shocking detail of pettiness: I arrived after a very long flight 30 minutes before 12pm. They told me that I had to pay an extra fee if I wanted to use the hotel facilities for those 30 minutes. However, on the last day I left very early and we did not use the hotel facilities before leaving and they still charged me the same and did not reimburse us for this.

Enjoyed having a nightclub so we didn’t have to leave the premises! Not a big fan of room service food

Good property, good food, a lot of seafood, i wish it wold be more kids food not just a burgers and popcorn. Beds are average and little bit outdated, pillows are ok. Compare to the other hotels in Puerto vallarta its a 4 hotel.

The property is nice. Buffet in the morning and afternoon did not change all the same food, could work on that, fresh fruits were the same all day and didn’t taste good, fruits were not sweet. Very little choice of sweets as well. The restaurants on the other hand were great, all the food there tasted perfect, and good service. The beach was nice and clean. The rooms could use same update, some parts in shower were falling out, and balcony door was stack one day, the blow dryer is soo old and sucked in and burned some of my hair. The staff is nice and helpful, the only thing I didn’t like they we’re trying to sell you time share and if you are VIP you have more breakfast and lunch options, and you can eat ice cream, which I asked for and they said no sorry it’s not for you, because you have different bracelet, that rude. Well, the stay was ok, but I don’t think I would want to come back.

Excellent food, staff, eco-measures, and cleanliness! Filtered water throughout the property so bring bottle to refill! It would be 6 stars with better beds (bigger and more comfortable (very hard)). 😁

La habitación la bañera muy terrible y el personal de recepción nada amigable y cuando se acaba un platillo ya no tenian mas

El servicio del check in es malo al llegar te dan la llave de la habitacion pero no completan la entrega de los brazaletes hasta convencerte de q asistas a un desayuno para venderte la membresia de timeshare. Nosotros asistimos al desayuno y habiamos comprado la membresia la cual nos arrepentimos de adquirirla y al querer cancelar nos fue muy dificil ya q con engańos los vendedores no nos dejaban cancelar diciendonos q no teniamos derecho lo cual es incorrecto ya q por ley tienes 5 dias para cancelar sin penalidad por lo tanto nuestras vacaciones se nos fueron en tratar de cancelar. En el hotel las bebidas son malas la soda no tiene gas y el minibar no remplazan las bebidas, para los restauranes tienes q hacer la reservacion en persona a una hora especifica si no ya no hay lugar. No regresaria no lo recomiendo.
