The air flow is really bad in the room. We had to move my son next to the wall because his ears started to hurt because of the air.

It is a beutiful hotel. Room service was fast. Housekeeping was excellent.

The place it's beautiful the food it's very good but not excellent drinks are on the cheap side only draft beer is offered no American beer is available if you are at the beach its a struggle to get a drink a lot of room for improvement here ( not enough servers here )overall seems like they want to limit your drinks in quantity and quality terrible policy for dinner reservations ( should not be one )

Great, very friendly resort with too many kids in the swim bar area.

We had an amazing time at Iberostar. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are all so nice and accommodating. We were so impressed.

The hotel is large, with a wonderful buffet and 4 specialty restaurants. It is located right on the beach and seemed to always have a breeze off the ocean. The grounds were very well maintained, the room was clean and comfortable and there is a special playground/pool with slide for the small children. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect vacation.l

I had low expectations of this place but went there after a friend recommended it. I'm glad I did. We traveled with 2 kids so this vacation was more to keep them occupied and out of trouble. Still I got a little break as well and enjoyed my stay there. The good: Food was way above my expectations. We are at buffet most of the time and as far as buffet food it was fresh and tasty. The variety didn't change too much from day to day but was enough for me. Kids club was adequate. The staff was friendly and my kids (4 and 6) actually wanted to go there. The pools were fun especially the little one. It was shallow so I didn't worry letting them play. But it had slides and pirate ship so they had fun. The beach was ok. Not as wide and white sand as Cancun or Caribbean but still good. Rooms were clean. Daily yoga class kept me in shape. I liked the instructor! We didn't get out much so this was a fairly low planning and lazy vacation. If we traveled without kids it may have gotten boring. So we'd probably plan some outings to explore the area.

Best all inclusive I've ever been to. On par with four seasons hotel down the road at a fraction of the price. Beautiful resort, good food, brand name drinks. Great location. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time. The hotel is not only breathtaking but very comfortable and friendly. Felt like home. I would stay here over and over!

We got a Junior Suite/Ocean View. The room was really really nice and the view was perfect (especially in the mornings and evenings). Second floor is the best - try to get one of those. The layout of the hotel is really well planned - everything is relatively close, food, drinks, entertainment. Kids club looks a little different than on the photos posted here (much less manicured) but staff is friendly and keeps kids busy :)

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, our kids who are 10 & 13 had an amazing time and cant wait to go back. I have never seen a hotel & staff take such pride in the cleanliness of there property. The food was absolutely amazing. Get to know your staff when there they will make your stay so much more enjoyable, Pancheto the poolside cook (amazing).

Here you can hace a quite relaxing romantic vacation Also great ir you bring your kids.

Our family stayed here in April 2017 and it was wonderful. Beautiful facilities, extremely clean and attentive staff. There were lots of activities and our kids had a great time. Our beach front room was awesome! The only down side about it was the two double beds. We are a tall family so that made it a little uncomfortable and it definitely seems like there is room for queen beds. The sofa folds out to a queen so that did help. The buffets were good. We ate at two of the restaurants that required reservations: steakhouse and Japanese restaurant. I personally didn't love the food at either of those places - it was ok. It was a perfect place for extended weekend (we are in California). We would definitely go back.

Pool small for number of rooms.. beach great. Food trying to appeal to too many nationalties wish mecican food was more authanic to region. Staff very nice

The hotel is extremely beautiful very well maintained the staff is friendly, the view is exceptional and very close to the ocean. The hotel is pretty large so walking from one end to another was a little tiring but worth it. The down fall of Iberostar is the restaurants. There are 5 gourmet restaurant and 1 buffet. You can only eat once per day at the gourmet restaurant and it opens at 6:30-10, and you must have a reservation. The buffet food is very disappointing and half the time cold/old. We thought it would be better at the gourmet restaurants but a lot of the food was just bland the steak tasted like water, and the fish like soap. Also was not a fan of the "chicken mush mush" exactly what it sounds like mashed up chicken into a ball. Besides the food being awful it was very beautiful and there are cheap massages on the beach.

It took one hour to check in after a long day of travel. Room was filthy, food was horrible unless you ate guacamole and chips. Pool was cold and dirty. WE NEVER HAD HOT WATER!!!!! Staff was rude. Mixed drinks were slushy and not made from scratch. Entertainment was a joke. The hotel is so far from anything. A ride to downtown is a bumpy horrific drive that lasts 1:45 mins each way. Everyone on our trip (29 people) got extremely sick from the food at the hotel. If you want a dirty room, Hershey squirts for days, rude service then go to this hotel. I have been traveling my entire life and this was the worst hotel and experience i have had in 41 years. Safe your money and go to St. Thomas.

Was there with my boyfriend and there is nothing we could find to complain about. VERY nice resort. Staff was wonderful.

The Resort is great but a long ways away from the airport an hours ride. Through Orbitz there is no shuttle service included and that is an inconvenience. The cab prices are all over the board. Other hotel bookings such as West Jet holiday bookings include shuttle service to and from the resort.

Excellent service and staff from the front desk to the entertainment team . Big resort you will find everything you need the golf course is very nice and affordable.big thanks to Hanz at the front desk and Marco and ally at the pool area one more thing the beach is very nice for swimming or walking and there is no need to visit slaunte the small town close to the resort it's a waste of time and money

Positives: - beach front property - nightly entertainment is fun (although nowhere up to par with cruise or Vegas shows) - pleasant staff - nice leafy grounds around the hotel (in the hotel itself the grounds are just okay) Negatives: - uncomfortable beds - we had 2 rooms on different sides of a building and both rooms had a strong dampness odor - this property is not bad but also lacks charm and character - food can be pretty good but in most cases was just ok - beach is a bit rough and water is not clear...that being said, there is over a mile of soft sand to stroll along.
