Beautiful island period , nice get away but the only thing about this hotel the whyndem is that it's a little too expensive for everything!

had good time but places to see off hotel grounds is to expensive by taxi must do tour out of hotel a little expensive and most are not done every day so book you tours early.

Great time. Margaritaville wasn't as exciting as I expected but the ambiance was nice. In pool bar was great.

This property is gorgeous. It is about 30 minutes from the airport, so we rented a car. They do charge a fee for parking. They upgraded us to ocean view for no charge if we took two queens rather than a king. The beds were super comfortable, pillow tops but not too soft. The food and drinks were good and they served generous portions. The pools were beautiful and so was the landscaping. There are several iguanas living near the pool, which they feed at 11 every morning. We enjoyed staying here very much.

Friendly staff, clean, delicious food. There are always people working aiming to improve or maintain the property. The beach is nice, quite wavy every day though. Very expensive but worth it! I would go back but I would eat out less to save $$$.

Older stately hotel, but well maintained with manicured gardens. Tastefully updated room with comfy bed and spectacular ocean view. Nice pool area for kids with water slide and separate adult pool. Beach is a bit rough, but good for boogie boarding. Shima restaurant was very good and had eclectic Asian and Puerto Rican fusion. Try the "jibarito sushi." Overall good value, happy I got through Orbitz cyber Monday special.

This resort has a lot of potential if it was maintained. Elevator broken, parking garage gate broke, lights were out in sidewalk, floor outside of our door smelled like wet dog. Slim selection in food offered at resort. Very basic hotel. if you are looking to venture out on the island and need a decent place to sleep, this is it.

Very nice modern hotel! Beautiful grounds an view. If you're single and looking for something to do this is not the hotel for you. There are no activities or entertainment inside rage hotel, other than gambling. The food is also way overpriced at all the resteraunt on the resort...ridiculous especially when the food is mediocre!

Best vacation I've been on, compared to alot of places I've gone to, this resort, this trip in all was great and I would definitely come back soon

Poor and unkept not more to say Very bad Why should I tell you more when bad is bad

We had fun in the pool with a bar in it Just swim up to stools in the water. Enterprise has a remtal car loc onsite and we rented a car for a day at $77 and had loads of fun in old san juan flamenco show and catamaran at fajardo and rain forest tour. Food and store prices are not ripoff and the Hotel doesnt charge resort fee.

Staff is great, everyone is extremely friendly. The rooms are spectacularly clean. Awesome place! Only down fall is that there aren't too many food options and the drinks are pricey.

Lacks in customer service attention. Only 3 employees stood out and went out their way, Juan C. a bell hop at the entrance, Wanda, morning room service clerck, and the housekeeping staff on july 27th 2016. The facility es nice. The children had a blast!!! stayed in the pool until night time everyday. There was an insect in my room and when i reported it all they said it may off come in an out of the air vents. The room service meals were excellent very large portions one plate could of been good enoughth for 2 people. For me the important part was the kids enjoyed themselves. Overall we will not be returning, gonna try Donald Trumps Hotel, the Gran Melia next time.

First time to PR and had a wonderful time. Hotel staff is beyond friendly, room was a bit small for my family of 4, and the food prices are fairly high. The resort is very close to a lot of things we wanted to do. It is about 20-25 min from old San Juan, if you drive yourself. Overall, I would do again.

We had to call the front desk several times to get towels, toiletries. We were given towels with brown stains on them. When we turned on the water in the shower the plumbing sounds like a freight train. The food in the restaurants was subpar. The self parking ticket machine was broken, so we had to wait for a parking attendant to manually fill out a parking pass (coming in and out). No fridge or microwave. Walking towards the elevator we tripped over several broken tiles on the floor.

The resort is great for a budget getaway. The rooms advertised by the resort are for their Margaritville side resort. The rooms in the Wyndham are basic, no microwave or mini fridge - but you can rent a fridge. Conversely, they are very strict about no coolers allowed and/or smoking on the property & rooms. The food is not the greatest and the drinks are less than desirable, both expensive! However, the property grounds are immaculate and the beach view is pristine. Of course, you pay more the the ocean view rooms, but after arriving and seeing the property - you can probably get by without paying the extra for ocean view?

I stay in suite 5047 first the 5th floor smell like pet urine, my suite was next to the ice machine i could hear the ice machine all night and everyone that was in the elevator

This was our first time staying in Wyndham resort. I have stayed in many other brand resorts in the past. Wyndham is more like a motel. It has the amenities enough to qualify for the name called resort but not worth for the price.

My stay at the hotel was not pleasant. There was no spa services available and the staff was extremely rude. No one knows if there are going or coming at this resort. Whenever we needed room service it took at lease 6 call tries before someone answer the phone. Me and my guest had to spend most of our stay outside the resort and had to spend over $450 in cab rides throughout our stay just to enjoy ourself during our trip traveling back and forth to different resort and attractions. I would never recommend no one to this resort because I wouldn't want them to feel un-welcome as the way we had left end we were paying our money.

Jerimias front desk he was great! As my arrival he took good care of us. He was able to check us in early and give us a great view of the beach! Now that's what I call great customer service! I will go back because of him. I hope I spelled his name right. It's Jerimiah but with a s at the end. The only thing was that my phone didn't work and no alarm clock. And no washers in the facility plus you couldn't go out for a walk along the beach late at night or sit on a bench to just enjoy or relax on the beach. Other then that the hotel is very nice.
