nice , céntrica for different activó ríes around s

Need just a little more cleaning. But the staff and the break fast was very Good . Its location is Good if you want to knows more of Old San Juan. It's about 5-10 mins to get there and is a very Good place if you are going to través in a cruise line Saturday or even Sunday. Yes, I high ly recomend this place to a friend and more atractivo is the price to stay the night. In two words Very Good.

close to the beach

They had no hair blower. The staff was friendly and everything we needed we could just go and buy.

nice hotel, ten steps walk to beach. great area!

Not the fanciest but a great small hotel, ten steps walk to beach and friendly staff. Great area, lots of yummy restaurants and fun bars.

perfect location and great price

Sandy Beach Hotel provides rooms with clean beds and bathrooms right on Condado Beach. There are restaurants, a casino, and drugstores nearby. It is a perfect place to spend a night or two before getting on a cruise ship. There is a taxi stand right outside the hotel too! It is a simple, plain facility, but it works for a short visit to the beach.

close to the beach and all restaurant's.

Outdated furniture and for budget stay ok. Not that meny amenities that would help during my stay. Staff very friendly do not recommend staying on first floor too much people traffic. People loud and not considerate to people sleeping.

hotel is over rated, not what i expected.

Gave me a room that was not even cleaned and smoke all over the place. Then the next room smell and floors were not swept. My 80 year old mother and Nephew had to leave in the middle of the night, because the room was roach infectious. Discover that my room had roaches also. Hotel should be taken of your list, over rated.Never again.

great location, poor maintenance

Get one of the front corner rooms where u can see the sea and get a breeze, the side rooms are too close to other buildings. A real character hotel, pigeons were roosting on my windowsill as a gay disco roared next door til midnite. I asked for another room on the front side and was happy. When my toilet and shower drain clogged, they fixed the toilet but ignored the shower and it is tacky to have to wade in your own dirty soapsuds. Ttwo of the cranks on the three jalousie windows were stuck closed and I knew better than to ask them to fix them. The hotel is on the skids of poor maintenance. It's steps from the beach which roars all night long, a good thing! And it's a few hundred feet from the bus which goes all the way to the aeroporto and the old fort El Morro. [Trouble is they won't let u take luggage on the 75-cent bus but make u take the $17 taxi.] Ideal location, great Chinese on the corner, Taysan, but it's kinda shabby.

Mold in the room... literally everywhere. There's a leak in the bathroom. The bar next door plays music until 4 am. People are talking loudly in the lounge and/or slamming their door. Musky/mold smell. Bed bugs! My fiance and I had bites all over!!! There's no breakfast. Wifi is okay. Only thing that makes this hotel worth it is the location. Otherwise, STAY AWAY! Not worth your money.

couples trip

Room looks nothing like the pictures. I didn't expect a 5 star hotel for the price but I at least expected decent. The power went out for half of the day and the staff offered no comfort about it. The other hotels and restaurants around there still had power. When I inquired about when the power would come back up they didn't know which I understand they didn't have a time but as I would come back periodically to check if it was back up I guess the gentleman there got tired of me asking and I was told that he doesn't know but I can just go to another hotel. So when I asked if I could receive a refund for that day and on I was told no.
