Front desk staff the last night I am stay long time. I do not like to hand towels on front desk.

Very good hotel stay, close to the beach, and excellent food. The only thing to improve is the general area landscapping.

A great pool area and very nice location besides the beach.The rooms need some improvements. Maybe they can change some of the rooms furniture and add amenities such as coffee makers or small refrigerator.Need to fix the ice machine.

No activities just pool and ping-pong. Ice maker fLoor did not work. Internet just in the lobby. $10 a day just to use refrigerator in room. No bell service . Employee they need to smile all the time and work the extra Milie for the guest.

Other than the few improvements needed to be done the stay was nice.

Love the room had perfect view to the pool and beach.Food and drink was very good. Just would like next time if there event to let people who stay in the hotel know. So we can get parking access fast. But overall was good experience

The hotel itself is lovely, beautiful pool area and beach. I don't think of myself as difficult to please but there were several things that made the experience less than desirable. First, I am an early riser and since coffee is not provided in room and not available in the lobby, you have to wait until the restaurant opens at 7AM to get coffee OR leave the property to go get coffee, this was very aggravating. Then if you waited until 7AM, you were charged over $3 for a tiny cup of coffee. We bought a couple of drinks from the pool bar and were charged $9 a drink for a small cup that did not taste like it had any liquor in it. Plus, we ordered beers thinking they were the "drink of the day" only to find out they were not. May not seem like a big deal but in our room was a postcard offering drink specials for each day, which was different than the one posted in the pool bar and then saw a third location with a big poster board offering a completely different set of drink specials for each day. We knew we were going to be paying for drinks, etc at the hotel but the confusion over what exactly was the special of the day made it seem very disorganized. You want people to buy drinks, make it clear what the specials are and if they pay for it, make sure the drink is worthy of purchasing another one. You want repeat customers and you want those customers to tell other people how great the hotel is. For these examples and a couple of others, I would not recommend it.

Pool is the best part of the experience. Ambiance lets you relax and get into the vacation mode. Rooms are outdated/motelish but the amenities of the hotel and activities outside will not keep you in the room long.

Nice place on the beach. Clean rooms. Nice and friendly staff. I would recommend finding another good restaurant in town for breakfast and dinner.

Pool area was nice but the beach area didn't have enough chairs/umbrellas for the guest. The room was average even though we upgraded.

The Hotel is OK, old building but clean room and infront of the beach, good breakfast and nice staff.

Beds were ok, loud music played from bar until 10 or so, Fine dining restaurant Deco was delicious, close to downtown area, can walk to beach, best hotel showers- actually had awesome water pressure.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel is run down. The beds were comfortable and clean. On our last night a rat wandered in from the balcony. I need say no more.

Would stay here again.....beach was nice and the room was comfy and clean.....walking distance to everything

The hotel location was excellent, right on the beach but I was given a room next to the housekeeping station and the cart noise during the night was a bit much.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms are very comfortable and the bed is amazing. I had a great night sleep. That restaurant at the hotel is five stars highly recommend it.

Horrible room. Very moist. needs a major furniture upgrade almost all the furniture in that room was broken. The faucets were old and rusted. The shower head were dirty. There was a big gap in the bottom of the front door where all the insects and spiders crawl in. Outside the balcony I had a View of palm trees and a bunch of spiders webs surrounding the leaves. There was a horrible smell of moisture in the entire room especially in the bathroom. Never again will I stay in this place.

On the beach. Good pool. Probably was once great; on its way down. Close to many places and things to do. The price is right.

Roomy place with beach as your back yard with friendly staff, good food and drinks in large pool bar, 8 year old grandson loved the kid friendly swimming pool
