Great property for families with kids!
This place is really quiet and nice to spend quality time with your family.
If you don’t speak Spanish if you care about the room being extra clean then I don’t suggest you stay here. I check the beds whenever I travel it had yellow stains on the bed, also has tiny ants. I did have the mattress changed and the head of housekeeping was super nice and kind. It’s not on the maps of Uber. When leaving the cab drivier I was using cancelled on me and the front desk person spoke Spanish to a new cabby. They changed me 85$ to go to the airport a complete rip off. I don’t know what was said except me being alone. I tried to call the hotel to speak to a manger and I was out on hold for more than 10 mins. I would never ever stay here again. I feel ripped off because I was alone
Very nice resort, only one on a bay/beach. Looks like it was all renovated not too long ago too. Highly recommend.
Family really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean nicely furnished. On sight restaurant had great food and service. Only reason not 5 stars is I felt the resort fees charged at check in and then again at checkout seemed high.
The hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The amenities are worth every moment we spent enjoying them. We’d also like to give Dayness Vazquez a great acknowledgement for accommodating us with service and information regarding external services and activities. With that said we did not receive the same service from the restaurant location at the property Mahi Mahi. We were not greeted with pleasantries but rather indifference. Out side of that, we had an amazing time and we will be returning for another great experience at Hyatt Vacation Club!😍

Friendly staff! The facility was well kept and located about 40 minutes to San Juan. I only had breakfast one day there and it was okay. I think the food can improve a bit, but other than that it was great. The room was extremely nice and spacious.
This should not be marketed as a hotel. It’s a family time share. The restaurant is not a restaurant…it’s a bar that serves food outside. No indoor dining option. Very isolated from anything. Car rental is a must. We did not finish our stay and moved to a more suitable resort for a traveling couple looking for a quiet time away.

This property is very clean and modern. The staff are wonderful. There are not many quality places to eat nearby.
We enjoyed our stay. Very nice staff and clean rooms. We even had a blackout due to storms and the staff was terrific so much that we stayed. The power eventually came back on. It was an adventure but we still enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back
