good location....Walmart and plaza de sol (the mall) right around the corner....a lot of restaurants around....20 minutes from San Juan....only complaint was that they didn't have the happy hour it said when booking and the breakfast wasn't great but hey it's included so we ate it lol

The location of the Hyatt Place, it's facility and the staff made our vacation a positive experience, even thru the Hurricane Irma. My compliments and to the Manager Mr. William and all the staff for the wonderful service. Thank you so very much. Looking forwarded to staying again at Hyatt Place in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.

I was charge 75 dollars for a small dog I think this fee should have been waved due to the circumstances due to hurricane Irma

WALL PAPERS IN BATHROOM WITH PLENTY OF MOLD.YUCK..PUBIC HAIR IN THE SHOWER..CARPET SO DISGUSTING AND LOT OF STAINS IN IT..

Hotel was right next to a casino which made it hard to find parking because the hotel and casino share a parking garage. Elevators in the hotel didn't work well. They also charge tax on the $10.00 parking fee they charge every night. Make sure you have an additional $200 to pay for the room from what the total price you were given. Hotel staff was ok the house keeping would always miss putting towels in the room which left it up to you to get them from the front desk, not what you would expect to have to do. Not a bad place but wouldn't stay again.

Love the hotel it was close to restaurants and stores would definitely recommend to friends.

Love it ... the staff was every helpful and friendly

My kids and I loved it here. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable, it was hard to wake up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar had great drinks. And the pool stayed open late, even for kids. Those were the main pros. Cons: It was a bit of a drive to get to most places from there. El Yunque National Rainforest was almost an hour's drive, Old San Juan took about 30 mins, and the closest beach was 15 mins. But I will say that Puerto Rico is so beautiful and the scenery is so interesting that it barely feels like your driving as far. I just wish I could have saved a little on gas. Another con (kind of) is that the hotel's breakfast was not very tasty. The items seemed very cheap and processed. BUT, it IS free, and it stayed available late enough. And their coffee was good. Anyway, overall, I loved it here. And I would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was nice and big. Just wished they had a bigger pool!!

My husband and I took our kids to PR and we chose this location because it fits our family of 5. Location was great and we could even walk to the mall. When we travelled, we could easily access PR 22 and PR 5.

I'm not satisfied at all and feel taken advantage of. When I booked the vacation I thought I understood my cost and even when I got to the hotel and was asked for my card for incidentals which I understood to be things that we add like TV movies or snacks. But come to find we are charged for so called free breakfast 10.00 a day service fee. Also charge for parking. Not happy at all.

I do highly recommend it nice people everywhere you feel good inside that hotel

Though I got to admit the staff was really good, the conditions of the room for what I paid for was simply OK

Hotel was sufficient. Night staff was horrible and not helpful. Morning staff was much better.

nice and clean, worth the money, providing breakfast save many time.

Spent one night and it was awesome. Breakfast was excellent
