Everything was great within walking distance of entertainment

No what I expected from a Hyatt. The room smells bad. We went out, and they didn't clean the washroom. Sheraton and Hilton has better service. Charge me $14.00 a night for parking. Hotels don't charge guests for parking.

We stayed at the Hyatt house for one week. The room was suited for our needs which accommodated three adults. We were able to by groceries to cut back on eating out nightly. As well as the daily free breakfast offered by the hotel also helped with savings. The room was supplied with a many kitchen that included a small stove top, refrigerator, and a small area for dining. At such a reasonable cost, having the amenities provided in the rooming package allowed for us to feel at home and save lots of money. Aside from El Yunque national rain forest, the proximity to local attractions was great and convenient to and from the hotel. Although the rain forest was not near the hotel a nice 45 min drive to the attraction was not bad considering the beautiful views along the way. Our overall experience was great!. We were not to impress with the pool because it was rather small however the many beautiful beaches nearby made of the pool.

Nice and clean hotel! Nice staff! Daily breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is like a home away from home. The staff were very nice and accommodating, the rooms were clean, and they had lots of nice amenities The only problem I had was that I almost got stuck in the elevator. The elevator was not working properly and it was a little scary

Nice new comfortable hoyel at a decent rate in San Juan. Right by the convention center. Short cab ride from Condado.

Not bad but you can get more space at the price point. Breakfast was so-so...there were watery eggs, cold chewy pancakes & potatoes that were a cross between mashed and home fries. However the rooms were super clean and quiet. You come in and feel like relaxing. I like the view too! You can see water if you squint and the building across has cool lights at night. In terms of technology and amenities they are extensive, I mean you can borrow wireless Beats by Dre, flat irons, and all types of random things you never knew may interest you while away. I like the NYC studio feel (temporarily) however I was coming in from anothe hotel with the same room description (King Suite) and we had two rooms... TVs in both rooms, full fridge etc etc. Also I had a little trouble getting the front desk to follow through with my request to service the room. I had to call a few times - it took 6hrs or more. I didn't get help until I found one of the housekeepers and asked her if she could help out. i wouldn't mind staying there again but I would be more inclined to look elsewhere first.

The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.

Beautiful hotel. Very lousy staff and noisy rooms. Being disturbed every night by slamming doors, partying, people jump on beds, banging on walls and moving furniture was very up setting. Calls to management and front desk basically went ignored. Also, having customer wait in the lobby nearly 2 hours to get a room while staff is laughing, talking, groping each other and making out with her boyfriend is very unprofessional.

Very good location and new facility. The pool area it very good...................!!!!!!!!

It was a very nice place. Small and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice but very croud. The rooms are clean And comfortable. The location is good, walking distance from many places to eat And near Condado área And Old San Juan. The pool is small but you can use The bigger one at Hyatt Place in front, I prefer the small And tranquil one

The room where very clean and modern.the free breakfast was Awsome .

The place was nice n the people very friendly. We had a blast, the breakfast was delicious

Still new and nice but you need to take a taxi or bus or put on tennies shoes to any activities, floor tiles could use a better cleaning but staff is very nice and accomodating

Hotel was very clean, great room with great amenities. I was very impressed and would definitively stay here again.

This is hotel is beautiful. It was very comfortable. My only complaint is that the room would get warm as soon as the ac would shut off and it was just a matter of time for it turn back on. Would this keep me from staying here again, no. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. Very close to Old San Juan, Condado, and the Bacardi Distillery. Not too far of a drive from El Yunque Forest.

Everything was very nice. The room, living-room, bathroom and kitchen were very spacious. Staffs were kind. Great amenities and free breakfast. Not a big fan of the downstairs restaurant though - don't order foods or cocktails there. Just go out to Old San Juan. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel couldn't have been cleaner and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The only glitch was when the TV didn't work, they weren't able to fix or replace it.

The hotel is in a great location. Clean, comfortable, great place for a family trip.
