Awesome location! Everything in Old San Juan is walkable. Roof top restaurant has great food and drinks. Highly recommend.

Overall nice location to have fun around, bars ,restaurants shopping stores at walking distance

Close to port, and shopping within walking distance

The worst ever. Disaster. Bad bad staff. Hope the loose out.

Affordable lodge near all the old San Juan historical attractions. Is in the middle of old town. Is not plenty of luxury but is beautiful, gives you the feeling of the PR's old times and the spirit of the romantic San Juan city. Its clean with all the basics and very charming people.

Place is in a perfect location to see all of Old San Juan

Hotel is located in the center of the city. I was able to walk to El Morro and Castillo de Cristobal. The staff is friendly, and they allowed me to check in early. I would definitely stay again.

Reservations went smoothly. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Location is excellent since it's close to many historical sites, restaurants, etc.

Booked 2 rooms. Got their early for a cruise, elevator broke said fixed in 2 hrs. 24hrs later still broke. Our room smelled of mildew/ mold. Continental breakfast included still cost $5 ea! Poor accomodations.

It was quite a good choice. Right in the heart of Old San Juan which makes it worth it despite the fees details that need attention. The staff was nice and helpful, except for the housekeeper who seemed upset since she didn't clean our room for a hole day and I guess was written down. The room was spacious same as the bathroom. Unfortunately there was mold, spiderweb and humidity odor in some corners. Nevertheless the bed was comfy and we got all we needed, so it turned out to be a great trip. The elevator was out of order for a couple of days which made it a bit uncomfortable. Thankfully it was fixed before our trip was over. The restaurant on the rooftop is great! Not too expensive, with great vibe and awesome food.

Great hotel that is clean and in the middle of old san juan- we have stayed there 4 times now and have always been pleased.

Other than the location and the friendly staff, staying here was a terrible experience. The AC had only one setting, so we were either freezing or boiling hot the whole time. The moldy smell was bad, even for Puerto Rico, and I could not breathe at night. The beds are full size, definitely not queen sized, and extremely uncomfortable. If you're looking for a place to crash for the night, this might work, but I was very happy when we left.

Room smelled of mildew. Had to open windows and run Air Conditioning in order to be able to breath. Mini bar stand was full of dust. Ceiling had 2 spots of water leak.

It was good i would stay again and i recomend it cause wen in san juan you dont want to send your time in a hotel room no mater how nice it is.

Elevator scary. Restaraunt up top good. Beds are wonky and small doubles. Clean. Shower bathroom huge. Staff nice. Right in the heart of old San Juan.

The hotel was just great it was in a perfect location in old San jaun staff was great friendly, polite, and caring, good clean rooms can not say enough about the whole hotel stay and will be going back there again.

Great location in middle of Old San Juan. Great personal service like we used to get in the old days. Convenient rooftop restaurant with good food and great view. Kept our luggage for us while we took a rain forest tour before boarding our cruise ship. I would stay there again.

Everything was good but they advertise free parking and they have not parking in the hotel.

Went for the weekend as a bff/bday trip. The location is perfect, roof top bar and restaurant is fun! Staff at restaurant are so friendly and nice! The room was tiny but good enough for us!
