Since we got hit by Irma hurricane, my family and I decided to spend the weekend in this hotel.i am a truly fan lf the Embassy Suites. Not my first time staying in one. As always Everything was great. The breakfest, the complimentary drinks, the room recently renovated. Everything was perfect to spend a couple of days away and sleep confortable after the storm.

This hotel was way too crowded! Long lines at check in. The rooms are small and outdated. My blanket had stains on them. There were extremely long lines for morning breakfast. Be prepared to wait for 40 minutes or more to eat. I was so disappointed in the area surrounding the hotel as well. Very run down and poor. To travel miles to stay in such a run down neighborhood was very disheartening. The hotel is close to the airport. But unfortunately the hotel doesn't provide transportation, forcing you to pay astronomical costs for taxi service. I stayed for one night and cancelled my stay. Needless to say, I wouldn't stay here again.

We were very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the entire staff at the hotel, Fast check in, no issue with late check out. Close to airport, close to beach and restaurants. Great pool area, good internet experience. We will return to this hotel.

It was fine would do again embassy suites always come through really worth the price

Nice and friendly staff.. clean and very welcoming hotel

1st time at the Embassy with my wife and 2 boys (15 months old & 7 year old). The hotel and everything is nice. The suite was exellent, roomy, comfortable and clean for our family. Overall great experience. But my wife and I have few things to share. Breakfast buffet is included but it is the same food everyday. Eggs, ham, sausage, french toast, and maybe 2 choices of fruits. Make to order omlets is a plus. Don't get us wrong the food is ok. We just got tired of it by 3rd morning. 2 other mornings we didn't even bother going. The other thing that really got me was the parking fees. I knew going in they charged but at $19 per night for self parking, adds up for a 6 night stay. We had a rental since we had plans for each day. There's also some other fees you get slammed with at check out, I remember seeing a suite fee, more taxes and few other fees that added up at the end of our stay. We had a good experience, our kids really enjoyed it.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing ! They have happy hour everyday from 5:30-7:30 FREE! Lol but overall I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends

Location was perfect, close to the beach & stores. Easy access to airport. The only issue was parking, the hotel does not provide free parking, other than that everything was great.

You can't match this quality and the amenities for the price! Great breakfast and happy hour. Very helpful staff at checkin and throughout our stay. Perfect location to get around to see the area

Everyone one was super friendly, helpful and the hotel was clean very close to everything, I would definitely stay here again .

hospitality was excellent and I will come back . Enjoyed the food and excellent drinks. was able to walk the town area and nice location.

The hotel staff was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very well kept up.. only issues were towels and toilet paper being stocked in the rooms but that was easily resolved calling housekeeping. However, it should be standard to keep two rolls of toilet paper in the room at all times and a room of 4 people should at least have one towel each. The pool area was beautiful. The bar staff and the small store staff were the only staff I encountered the entire time that were less than friendly. The morning breakfast staff was amazing. The hotel is very convenient to the beach and downtown area. I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

I enjoyed my mini vacation. I now know I have schedule it with a few more days. I really love the hospitality of the manager from the restaurant of El Patio within the Embassy Suites. She worked aline and still provided my companion and excellent customer service. Oh, I also enjoyed the meals. Thank you.

This Hotel was Great ! I liked that i was so family friendly with a large pool, yet also catered to people without families. (e.g. Onsite Gambling room, Open bar, Upscale Restaurant etc.) Yet the ambiance was relaxing and pleasant. Rooms are maintained very well, and large. The breakfast was great. Many choices, and special orders were permitted. Parking garage was easy access, and on prem. The hotel location was central to all our day trips to Old San Juan, San Juan and even to the East. Airport is very close and our Charlie Rental took us to and from the Airport with Ease. I recommend this Hotel to All who want to visit PR. !! Thanks again.

No balcony, windows don't open. Staff doesn't even smile. Only one friendly knowledgeable staff Blanca. Area was dead. No social night out. Boringgggg. And all they have is burger king and Wendy's and outback. I might as well have gone to Miami (well Miami had better eats and nights out)

Hotel was nice and had friendly staff. I love happy hour at this Embassy Suites. Both Bartenders were very fast and the drinks tasted good.

Hotel was very nice, the beach was a couple blocks away. Nice pool area. The view wasn't good..but overall it was a good hotel.

Friendly and helpful employee, close to the beach, good food, clean

Hotel was nice and the breakfast and happy hour was good. The walk to the beach was easy just have to remember to walk to the left on the beach to get chairs. The only issue we had was our a/c wouldn't get cold enough for us at night.

Nice pool but COLD, 5 minute walk to beach. If they run out of embassy chairs there is a guy who rents nice ones for $4 a day. Very relaxing vacation and close to airport
