My family enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Loved the Banana cafe-great coffee and banana muffins (better than buffet choice) and the staff was great. Food at the pool was delicious but costly (as expected and worth it). Staff at front desk can be friendlier. Overall, good experience.

Okay bad thing first...there's a main runway so close that you can see passengers waving to you through the windows as the airplanes take off. Good news, if you stay long enough you won't notice it after awhile (barely). My wife and I stayed here for our tenth anniversary....absolutely AWESOME!!!! This place is spotless and the service......impeccable, even to the point that we had people from the Ritz Carlton (next door) saying that they would stay there during their next stay. First of all there was Alexis our first experience of the hotel, he's a doorman there and really accommodated us by explaining things about the hotel, the area, even the best times to attend breakfast. The grounds are well laid out with access to different areas adequately indicated and presented in a way that even walking out the beach you felt as if nature was welcoming you with open arms. THE ROOMS..... Extremely clean and well organized. The bed was very comfortable, the complementary coffee 1st rate, the bathroom pleasing to the eye, several different connections for electronic media....the list is extensive, the only complaint, the iron had no water plug so I kept spilling drops of water on my clothes (but I know they would've replaced it post haste if I'd asked). The area was great as well with several amenities within walking distance (TRY THE BREWERY ON THE BEACH AND EL ALAMBIQUE...both within 20 minutes) also one word...MOFONGO, try it...mouth watering just thinking about it..YUMMMMMM

We were there for a wedding and it was beautiful! The beach area was great with chairs and umbrellas. The pool area was also fun, especially with the wet bar! We also enjoyed the food from the restaurant.

Great location, on the beach. Centrally located near airport. Short drive to Old San Juan.

across from SJU, has private beach, swimming pool, hammocks and beach chairs. music in the lobby in the night. private parking but not free. food is terrible and cold, and expensive better off going outside to eat. lots of bugs surrounding hotel on beach and they get into the room. would not stay there again.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach, excellent staff, wonderful amenities. The 20% per night fees are very high for what they "cover" and the food and drinks are below par for the astronomical prices. I expected much more from the hotel for the overall price of our stay. None the less a stellar place to stay!

Nice hotel but it's so touristy the area that neighboring hotels are on the exact same beach and have th same view for much less expensive. The added resort fee , breakfast, taxes and even daily car parking make the price pretty much double :( The neighbors we had were awful loud but that's not the hotels fault and can happen anywhere it still it made it hard to enjoy the stay.

Great experience will definitely go back. Close to everything great places to eat

Beautiful setting, courteous friendly staff, meticulously clean, great food, everything you should expect on a vacation.

During check in, I thought I was going to have a great stay. NOT!!!!! So Day was was ok nothing to bad. On day 2 when house keeping was coming around they totally did not get to my room to clean. On my way walking back to my room I seen that she was at the room after mine so I'm thinking good the room is clean got fresh towels etc. Absolutely not I had to go to the next room to tell ask her if she can clean the room. Also during day 2 I used my debit card at the store inside the hotel, shouldn't have done that because at 4:00am I had a random charge to my card. Remind you that was the only time I've used my card was in that store. How someone else got my card number I don't know. So now Day 3 me and my husband go on a hike in the rain forest. We're there all day from 8am-3pm and again we see house keeping at the room after ours so we assumed she cleaned our room. NOPE!!! Again we had to ask her to come back to clean ours. Then I wake up the day we are leaving to check out with a receipt pushed under the door. A bill of about $247 like WHAT!!! They charged us for a room upgrade $50 a night we never even recieved and charged us for a extra person when it was only the 2 of us plus charged us taxes on the room upgrade. This was by far the worst hotel stay I've ever had. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

We had an awesometime. Great staff specially starting our morning with coffee serve by Dorimary and bar tender Jose. Thanks fora wanderful time.

we had such a great time here the staff was really great .big thanks Stephanie M at the front desk she went above and beyand to make our stay pleasant will be back there soon . the only con there is a 30$ resort fee with the tax and another 15 or 20 for parking so and extra 50 a day is a lot

there was noise from the fan in adjacent bathroom.

I loved it me and my boyfriend had the best time ever..def coming back again great food love the music and people loved to see all the weddings

We enjoyed our time there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. It was well worth the stay. Thank You.The room was clean, organized and nice. The staff seems very nice and helpful.

The hotel was ok, drinks barely had alcohol. The restaurant staff had an aatuitde. I went for breakfast I got a cup with a lipstick stain and they were upset with me. My waitress at tropical restraint at night rushed us out. The cleaning ladies stole my casino welcome coupons. Horrible !!! Nice pool but really dirty by mid day.

Great beach location. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Restaurants had varied menus and the food was very good.

Loved our stay excellent staff, very clean rooms with some great music at the bar. You get to enjoy the ocean, pools and a very "hot tub"

The access to the beach, outdoor lounch, and pool are great! The staff is very friendly, easy parking, and good options for food and drinks. Live Latin music in the weekend was outstanding. The rooms need a little updating but they are clean, and comfortable.

5 night getaway, you can't beat the beach. We had an oceanfront view with a balcony absolutely breathtaking. Room was recently remodeled had a small coffee maker mini fridge and microwave. Uber is now in Puerto Rico which makes getting around the island very easy and cost effective. Walking distance to many hotels, restaurants and several shops.
