Loved the pool & ocean view! Hated the wifi wasn’t working, phone wasn’t working, no Ubers or taxis in the area. Tv was like a 28-32”, remote didn’t work for volume. Hot water was excellent tho in the showers
Everything Was Absolutely Wonderful. The friendly staff. and not to forget the complimentary breakfast. Awesome.
The staff was so nice and friendly. My birthday stay was amazing I was greeted with a lovely bday welcome. Breakfast was free! I’d definitely stay here whenever I travel to Puerto Rico
Very comfortable and clean room with a beautiful view of the sea. A good atmosphere to enjoy in the establishments within walking distance of the hotel
Beds are "Comfy", Pools is Awesome, the A/C was good, the view is OK.
I liked the breakfast and cleanliness of the rooms. I did not like that our room did not have a mini fridge. Our door was left open while we were out by the clean staff.
Love the Pool and the staff. I don't like the fact that rooms are not equipped with a snall fridge,,, that's a No No these days folks, get with it!!
What I liked,,, the rest. and bars and bakery near by the pool as well. What I did not liked? That the rooms does not have small fridges, and that we have to pay a fee to have them when they should all have them as part of the room, about that time you guys should add them. Not Cool.
Every time i fly to PR to see my family i stay here, very comfy, and easy tobtravel from to wherever i need to go, BREALFAST is a plus, very well done. Staff, AMAZING.

Just a few paces from the beach. Busy intersection and high traffic noise. Lounge and bar inside the hotel very loud on friday and saturday. If u like to party and stay up all night this is perfect. Very nice pool and lay around area great views. Staff was very accomodating and friendly spoke English for the most part. Hotel location as far as attractions go isnt in the best spot. Uber necessary to get anywhere. Hotel is kinda outdated as well. Nice stay!
We a travel all around the island and we pay comparably the same price and we found other hotels more spacious than this one. Pros: location, balcony, pool Cons: size in the room, cleaning, bathroom TINY...
We went there for 2-night stay. The outside appearance was “sad” to look at. The rooms were clean and very small. The bathroom was smaller and uglier than the cheapest hostel or “motel” you could find. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
The hotel is over priced, the rooms are in bad condition and it was not clean enough. There's a lot of mold, we had alergies and we couldnt stay and either way it was something of health they wanted to charge me the night.
Hotel wasn't terrible but Certainly not plush. The hot water didn't work two days, the TV wouldn't shut off unless you unplugged it, the size of the bathroom is small and awkward, no refrigerator, no variety with the breakfast, oranges rotten but the desk staff were very nice and helpful
