We stay here on June 2nd to the 6th. The front desk people need to be more welcoming to the guests. On our first night we decided to go to the "rooftop pool " so small that looks more like a jacuzzi and it was out of service. We decided to grab a drink and as usual nobody even pay attention to us, the bartenders were to busy complaining about their jobs and about sharing their tips with the people from the kitchen . We had to call them out so they can serve us a drink. The next morning we went to grab breakfast and they don't even make the effort to make you feel welcomed or that they appreciate your business with them. They just take your order and you have to ask for utensil and even ask for coffee because they don't bother checking to see if there is any left. The next day we woke up early to go to the beach and the front desk person didn't even say anything just looked at us and ignores us. The only person that was friendly was the vallet parking guy. And on top of that the outlets in our room didn't work at all, we complained about it but nothing happened. We couldn't even charge our phones. The pillows smelled disgusting and the rooms are not even that clean you can see the dust in the bed frame.

Makeup smudge on pillow. Backup pillow in Armoire was old and moldy. Replace both with maid on floor. City not designed well for pedestrians. Drivers a bad.

The hotel check in was a breeze! Because I am an orbitz vip member I got an upgraded room and a bottle of wine. The room was very comfortable. AC worked well, the bed/pillows were nice. I loved that you got a fully stocked kitchenette. Had we stayed for more than 2 night, this would have come in handy! The downside was the water pressure in the bathroom. The water got nice and hot, but the pressure was a bit low. We are on an island so I'm sure it's the norm. Also, in the booklet in the room it says that Mon -Thurs happy hour gets one free drink. We went up to happy hour and they were only half off. Not a huge deal, but a little disappointing. Breakfast in the morning was good! The menu is very customizable. Overall, we had a great couple of days staying at the Ciqala.

Was able to relax and get very comfortable in our suite. Go out and explore the island during the day and being able to come back to luxury is very nice. Staff very accommodating and breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. No complaints.

Tuvimos un par de problemas , pero en general estaba bastante , la habitación algo pequeña y se mete el sonido de afuera

Every detail was thought out. Clean, organized, excellent rooms, plus great hot water and water pressure, and fast wifi! 24 hour c-store next door for special needs and taxi cabs on the spot in 5-10 min. The front desk will translate when needed with taxi's and get the price before you go anywhere. Central to the beach and old town. All around great hotel!

The rooms are very spacious, very modern but lacked some cleanliness and attention to detail! The light and fan over the range was full of dust!! The Windows were all dirty! We had a problem with the jacuzzi and we alerted them several times and It was never fixed! It's a nice place maybe just needs better management to stay on top of housekeeping and maintenance!

Overall good experience. Very nice place, location, and amenities.

The staff at the hotel are awesome.Helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean and comforatable, had more than enough towels and supplies.Mini bar items ( water, soda etc ) were reasonably priced. The breakfast was great, they offered a full cooked breakfast with many choices. The only problem I had was my room was next tothe elevator and it was noisy, however bearable.Wi Fi was awesome and I had no issues. Free ride to and from beach and free chair and umbrella once there was perfect.I would deffinately stay there again.

Was a good little hotel. It has a good location and good views of the city from the rooftop bar/pool/dinning. Staff was wonderful and went above the expected to answer questions and help out. The only complaints are the air conditioning was finicky in our room. And the dinner was expensive with small portionsize. I would gladly stay again and just dine elsewhere for dinner.

Room was very comfortable, valet parking, pool area on roof really pretty but pool is extremely small. Complimentary breakfast is made to order and delish, staff really friendly try to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need and info about area. Small TV though in room

My experience was very good. The staff was polite and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, minute away from shopping and airport.

Was one room (therefore not a suite) and not luxurious - cramped room with concrete walls, one big bed and small sofa bed - at $200 a night it was overpriced. The roof bar was nice but the pool is about 25 square feet (photos on website fake you out). And my 8 yr old got a nasty allergic reaction in the room (went away after we left) to something, maybe laundry soap? The staff was nice and tried hard. The neighbourhood is super dodgy... we chose to take a cab 600m to Olive Garden rather than risk a walk in the dark. Oh well.

The hotel was nice but quite noisy. Our room was located directly below the dining area and you could hear EVERY chair move as if someone was sitting at our dining room table sliding their chair out. It was awful! In addition, our hallway was very noisy all night! It seemed like the cleaning people mopped the floors all night, which isn't a problem, but it is when the sink thats used to refill the buckets is located right outside your door and they're using a cup to pour water into the bucket for several minutes at a time. It was awful!

We decided to go to Puerto Rico very last min and we choose this hotel because it had free parking and breakfast. Upon driving up to the hotel the area around doesn't look like much and your not across from the beach but you can walk to eat and go to the movies. Our hotel room was on the 8th floor and had a pull out sofa bed, a kitchen and a jetted tub which my son loved. The only horrible thing that happened was that we woke up one morning to a leaky ceiling and my shoes and dirty clothing were wet. We let the hotel staff know and when came back from the beach they switch us to the most amazing room. We were placed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was amazing to see because now my family and I are planning to book this suite next year. We were extremely happy with the upgrade especially because it came with a washing machine so we were able to wash and dry the wet clothing from the leaky ceiling. The beds are comfortable, breakfast is amazing, the rooftop pool is a bit small but the view is amazing, we were extremely happy that there was no carpet so the floors we were and the rooms smelled great. I just hope that this hotel stays the same and continues to provide excellent service and free breakfast and parking. Loved Puerto Rico the hotel and our quick birthday getaway was worth it.

Nice boutique hotel that is very unique. I enjoyed my stay here.

I would stay there again. Hot fresh breakfast. The best at any hotel

This hotel is nothing but awesome. The rooms are exquisite. All the staff are just so friendly an treat you more like a friend than a guest. There is great food an perks during the week that are seldom ever found. Always has fresh lemon water at the front desk. I don't speak Spanish an they never made me feel uncomfortable not being able to speak the language. If I ever go back I would stay here again.

Great hotel, awesome room , fantastic free breakfast. Roof top is very nice and they offer a lot for the guest to eat and drink .

Great hotel, great service, complimentary breakfast, drinks, and appetizers. The view was amazing everything was just amazing would definitely recommend to anyone !!!
