The home is surrounded by nature, near the mountains, so occasional encounters with bugs or tropical creatures are possible. We fumigate regularly to minimize this.

We provide a starter kit of essential toiletries to get you settled in.

In the event of a power outage (which can occur in the Dominican Republic), an emergency inverter will supply power to lights and fans on the first two floors, the common area or entrance floor and the second floor.
