Room service only clean when you request.If you stay over 2 days you will need to ask for soap , toilet paper and shampoo.Beach was great , grocery store 5 blocks away .I will recommend.

loved that it was beach front and not crowded when we went, the safe did not work but I let the staff know. The coffee maker also old but still worked. Easy check in and out, friendly staff, I did not like the window covering on the sliding door because it was white and it was too light in the room at night, a black out shade would be good.
I have stayed at this property many times. The staff including Cynthia and Jamie are always welcoming and so nice. This is always my go to place when I’m visiting Puerto Morelos. It’s affordable, it’s clean, and it’s for sure safe. The views are as good as anywhere, but the staff here is exceptional. The showers could always rain down a little more water, but hey I never visit a place bc they have the best showers?? Lol
Happy with my stay except for the lack of hot water in the shower. Rm 209. It’s funny because the sink 2 feet away had super hot water.
Hotel Arrecifes was a great place to stay in Puerto Morelos. Right on the beach, a short walk to restaurants and shops, friendly, and quiet at night. I enjoyed a spacious suite with a nice kitchen, good WiFi, comfortable bed and furnishings, and good AC that I only used a couple times, since there was an ocean breeze most nights that kept the place comfortable.
I’ve stayed at this property several times over the last few years. The staff are always their to help make your stay a pleasant one. Property is always kept in good condition, it’s clean, and always a comfortable place to stay and just relax
We were disappointed with our one night stay. The woman who checked us in was friendly, but that's the best thing I have to say. I hadn't realized that our room was in a building across the street with a view of wires and rooftops of other buildings, not the ocean as we had expected. We were on the third floor and had to lug two 50 pound suitcases up and down the stairs. The room was mostly clean and very basic. The furniture was beat up and the mattress was poor. For the price we paid, it was a poor value.

Very convenient location. walked to bars/restaurants on the beach room was nice with fridge, micro, and safe lock if you ll use them. Would go back.
Great hotel very nice close to beach.. only one thing I did not love was that there where no English speaking tv stations available.. no news show you could get .. other than that is was very nice .. stayed in the newer of the 2 hotels .. clean very nice ! Walk away from restaurants and shopping.
