The Studio-Apartment is located in the residential neighborhood of Majada Marcial in Puerto del Rosario, very close to the ring road and the Fuerteventura Bus Station and 6 Kms from Fuerteventura Airport. It is a very quiet residential environment and has a children's playground and recreation area. 3 km away is Playa Blanca, a beautiful beach with sand dunes and only 30 minutes walk. Playa Chica is also an urban beach of blonde sand with a solarium 1.5 km away. We offer you the airport-duplex transfer service and bicycle rental service

It is ideal for 2 people and is quiet and cozy for a good holiday. Its position in the middle of the island is a good option to know the North and South and you can find cheaper prices in the stay and in the purchase of food and gifts.
