At the same time, it is a perfect home base to enjoy the Riviera Maya, including day trips to Playa del Carmen, the ancient Mayan ruins in Tulum, a gorgeous boat trip to Sian Kaan or many of the other activities the Riviera Maya has to offer.

For such a grand, impressive home, the interior design is somewhat dated with happy-go-lucky furniture making it great for families or large groups.
In addition to the specific terms of the cancellation policy for this home, a minimal admin fee is applicable to cancellations at any time.
No guest access to the kitchen as it is for staff use and where the chef will prepare all meals. A fridge is available for guests' use.
Shifting seasonal currents and weather patterns can cause an unpredictable influx of seaweed on the beaches in this region, most typically from May to October.
